My Experience with Innisfree Cover Stamping Puff:

Innisfree Cover Stamping Puff Review

Innisfree Cover Stamping Puff comes in a clear plastic box with some product-related information on it. It is also a super affordable sponge when compared to other brands, and it works well for this price.

Innisfree Cover Stamping Puff Review2

Innisfree Cover Stamping Puff is a small dusky lavender coloured sponge that has a smooth and soft texture. It has a different shape, which I have never used before. It is a stamp-shaped sponge that looks flat on one side while the other end looks like a stamp holder. I really like these flat ends, they make the application easier and provide a smooth base as well. I need to dampen this sponge and once it is wet, its size increases, and turns into a medium-big size sponge. It feels softer and bouncy too. But, it doesn’t change to a bigger size, like a beauty blender.

I mainly use it to blend my liquid foundation, and it works well in providing a smooth base. It works quickly and provides a flawless application, which looks very even too. With this stamping puff, I always get a good coverage; it doesn’t soak too much product also. It feels very gentle on the skin. It is very soft in wet condition and also blends the product effortlessly. It works well for achieving a naturally glowing finish. I like the fresh and natural dewy finish that this stamping puff provides to my skin. I can apply my mousse foundation and BB cushion foundation with this, and it works well in blending them as well.

As it has a small stamp side, it can also work on small areas, like the under eye areas. It blends my concealer and cream blush really well. But, it is a little difficult to blend the concealer near the corners of my eyes. It can work well in blending contour products, but it’s not an ideal sponge to blend the contour product effortlessly because it doesn’t have any sharp tip. So, one may not be able to use it for nose contouring. It stamps down my base makeup well and helps to set them nicely for long. It never moves or drags my base while application so, my skin looks even.

But, when I wash it with a cleanser, it changes its shape and feels super soft. It takes much time to clean also. Once dried, it comes back to its original shape. But, once I dampen the sponge to use, it again loses its shape, which is a big disappointment. However, after two washes, it looks better and comes back to its original shape.

Innisfree Cover Stamping Puff Review5

Overall, I love the way how smoothly it blends my foundation and provides a flawless finish. I am totally amazed at the effect. But this is not a multi-purpose sponge, like a beauty blender. So, I can’t use this sponge to apply my highlighter, powder or can’t bake my face. That tear drop shape is much more effective in blending all kind of makeup products. Innisfree Cover Stamping Puff is good for blending your foundation alone and trust me guys, you should try it to achieve that flawless and smooth base. Here is a makeup look, which I created with this sponge.
