Innisfree White Tone Up Cream Review

Hi, everyone!

After hauling on makeup products like a mad girl for over a year, I decided to slow down a bit and concentrate on skin-care products. Rati Di’s glowing skin has inspired me a lot and I decided to get the best things for my skin. As I have described before, my skin is moody like me and is always ready to throw tantrums. It is super oily most of the times, but becomes dry and dehydrated at times. It gets tanned super fast, is sensitive to multiple harsh products, full of whiteheads, develops acnes and pimples which leave the worst scars. So, when I took up the challenge of fighting all these odds, I had to be super careful. I picked up this product without reading any reviews. I kept my fingers crossed, trusted the brand and started using this product. Read the review to know if it has improved my skin condition in two weeks.

My Experience with Innisfree White Tone Up Cream:

Innisfree White Tone Up Cream Review Packaging

Packaging: The product comes in a plastic, opaque, travel-friendly packaging. The outer paper carton has all the product details described on it. The cap fits tightly and there is never an issue of product wastage. Tub-packaging may look a little unhygienic, but then again, tubes lead to a lot of product wastage. It is always a good idea to wash your hands well before bringing out a product from the container and to make sure not taking out too much at a time. In this way, you can maintain the hygiene. Also, the instruction says that you should not keep the cap open for long. So, I take out the amount I need at a time and close the lid. Overall, I am happy with the packaging.

Innisfree White Tone Up Cream Review Back

Colour, texture and fragrance: This is a gel based product. It is not an opaque light gel. It is a little heavy than that and whitish in colour. But it feels light on the skin and never feels sticky (it will if you over apply it). It blends onto the skin with ease. The fragrance is very natural and sweet. However, the fragrance does not persist for long and fades away soon after application.

Innisfree White Tone Up Cream Review Out box

Efficiency: I have avoided whitening products for all these years, as I do not believe in their “It will make you fair in 10 days” claim. However, this product claimed to brighten up the complexion. I have been using it for nearly a month now, and it does fulfill the claim completely.

Innisfree White Tone Up Cream Review Out

It blends beautifully into the skin, without making it too matte or too oily. I use it as a substitute for my day cream and it keeps my skin moisturized both in A.C. and the non-A.C. environment. Maybe, dry skinned beauties will need a little more moisturizer. A minimum amount is required for the whole face. The amount I have shown in the swatch is good enough for two uses. If you need more hydration, you may use a little more, but too much product won’t get blended and may feel sticky on the face.

Innisfree White Tone Up Cream Review side

It makes the skin look hydrated, soon after the application. The skin looks purified and rejuvenated. It works great as a makeup base too. Regular application definitely brightens up the face, tightens the pores and gives a porcelain, milky white effect like most of the other Korean products. It does not claim to reduce acne spots and no such effect is seen either. However, it does work on the blemishes, tan and uneven skin-tone. It also never causes any breakouts. I love how my skin looks these days and I feel pretty confident about going out without any makeup too.

Innisfree White Tone Up Cream Review OPen

Overall, this is one of the best day creams I have ever used. This is great to improve your overall skin quality and texture. Use it to say goodbye to dull skin forever and welcome rejuvenated skin.

  1. I’ve used two samples of this cream and it’s just awesome. I fully agree with your review, Esha. 🙂

  2. I purchased this product a month ago. At first, I found it too good… I noticed even skin tone but as it is getting hotter, my skin is turning dark and gets greasy at slightest use of the cream..
