It Cosmetics CC+ Radiance Ombre Blush – Je Ne Sais Quoi Review

It Cosmetics is one my favorite brands and I have had very good experience with their products in the past. In my last haul, I picked up a few products from this brand. This review will be on the IT Cosmetics CC+ Radiance Ombre Blush in the shade “Je Nais Se Quoi.”  This blush comes in just 2 shades, which is Je Nais Se Quoi ( pink) and Coral Flush.

Product Description:
It Cosmetics CC+ Radiance Ombre Blush is your gorgeous flush of color and radiance with innovative color correcting radiance. Formulated to bring out your healthy flush of color and glow! Perfect for all skin tones.

How To Use:
Using your favourite It Cosmetics Brush, lightly dust over the apples of your cheeks using circular, upward sweeping motions. Apply to bare skin or on top of makeup for an instant flush or vitality-filled color, radiance and color correction.

My Experience with It Cosmetics CC+ Radiance Ombre Blush – Je Ne Sais Quoi:

Packaging: I do like the simple yet practical packaging. It is a compact case which closes securely with a click. It has a very good sized mirror inside and the beautiful ombre color on the blush. It does not have any applicator provided.

Texture:  This blush is extremely smooth, almost borderline creamy powder. It does not kick up powder when you dip your brush in. Any type of blush brush works great with this product whether it is dense or a wispy/fluffy brush.

Shade and Pigmentation:  The shade “Je Nais Se Quoi” is French, which literally translates to “I do not know what.” This shade is an absolutely beautiful pink. You can adjust the intensity of the pink color depending on which area of the blush you pick the product from. The bottom most part will give you the most concentrated bright pink look whereas the top part will give you that “just pinched” cheek look. You can also swirl the brush in the whole pan and get a very beautiful subtle pink flush to the cheeks which looks very beautiful, brightens up the face, perks up the complexion and makes you looks young and healthy.  Pigmentation of this blush is great; you can go sheer or full vibrant color depending on how much you apply. Building up the color takes no effort at all and it does not apply patchy at all.

Finish:  This pan can be roughly divided into 3 shades. All 3 parts of the blush are completely matte with no hint of shimmer yet it delivers such a subtle satin glow to the cheeks hence does not look flat upon application.

Staying Power:  Staying power of this blush is very good. When applied, it literally becomes one with your skin and doesn’t look like it is sitting on top of your skin. It makes you look like you are naturally blushing. It stayed with vibrant color on my skin for 6 hours, after which it started to fade, but I could still see a hint of color by the 8 hour mark.  It does not accentuate pores or dryness. I love the fact that all It cosmetics products are cruelty free and paraben free.

I most definitely enjoy using this blush and will totally recommend it.
