I have a hair care and styling product for you all today. Whenever I see a new product, I am so excited to try it, but I always prefer smaller packs and look out for travel-sized packs, so that I do not regret buying the huge bottles.
Dry hair needs moisture and Revitalizing Leave-In Conditioner works wonders for rehydrating second-day hair.
Perfect for fragile, color-treated or relaxed hair, this product works as a protective barrier against further damage. The lightweight formula allows you to reduce the temperature when flat-ironing or blow drying your hair (and it also doubles as a sun screen for your hair). A terrific detangler for those with straighter hair (it works especially well on children’s hair). We also recommend using it as a twice-daily moisturizer – simply spritz in the air and walk under the mist.
1. Revitalizing Leave-In Conditioner is a fabulous detangler for wet hair.
2. Avoid excessive stretching which damages your hair.
3. When detangling, always start at the ends of your hair and work toward the roots.
4. Remember to be kind to your hair and scalp when detangling wet hair.
USD 7-9 (varies across the stores) for 8 fl oz.
My Experience with Jane Carter Solution Revitalizing Leave-In Conditioner:
The product comes in a transparent plastic bottle which has a pump screw top nozzle on it. It has a basic transparent cap on top. The bottle has a yellow label which has all the details about the product printed on it – it’s a very basic and functional packaging.
The product itself is white in color and has the same consistency as water. It feels like they have diluted the usual thick conditioner and packed into the bottle :P, but thankfully, it doesn’t create any white film on hair and comes out transparent. When sprayed, you are greeted with a lovely rose fragrance, but very soon, a peculiar chemical smell follows which is not pleasant at all. 🙁 Thankfully, it doesn’t stay for long and goes away as soon as my hair becomes dry.
I usually spray it when my hair is still damp. I section my hair and spray a couple of times on each section. I have tried using it on my dry hair too, as the description says – that we can use it just to moisturize the hair, but this way, it doesn’t work well for me. My hair is very fine and using it on dry hair makes them a bit greasy and on dry hair, the fragrance is totally intolerable. Also, it doesn’t fade away and stays on for a really long time. Who wants greasy, bad-smelling hair!!!
When I spray on my damp hair, this leave-in detangles them very well. It moisturizes my hair too. Sometimes, I use this conditioner in conjunction with my regular conditioner and sometimes without it, just on shampooed hair. With conditioner, it acts like a serum and without the former, it provides moisture too. It works very well in eliminating frizz and tames away fly-aways. It also claims to protect hair from harsh sun rays and acts as a sunscreen for our hair, but I do not feel that it is of much help when used along with styling tools. It would not protect hair from heat styling.
Overall, this is a good product for dry, unruly hair and I guess curly hair would benefit most from this product.

Would I Repurchase/Recommend Jane Carter Solution Revitalizing Leave-In Conditioner?
Hmm…probably not. It does not perform any extraordinary stuff for me and I can achieve using the same results with a serum as well, but I would surely recommend it to girls with curly hair.
