Greetings everyone! Hope all of you are in the pink of health. Today, I will be reviewing a conditioner from the brand John Frieda called Brilliant Brunette Liquid Shine Illuminating Conditioner.  This conditioner comes in delicious-looking chocolate colored tube with a white translucent flip-open cap. The color of the conditioner is pearly white with a hint of metallic finish to it. This range of shampoo and conditioner has another variant called “Sheer Blonde.”

My Experience with John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Liquid Shine Illuminating Conditioner:

This is my first John Freida product and the first thing that I have to say after using this conditioner is , “boy! it really does work.” Now, when I say “it does work,” what I mean is that it does all that you expect from Rs. 450 conditioner.  Adds a lot of shine to the hair, reduces hair fall (yes, believe me on this!!!), makes hair super soft and extremely manageable, reduces frizz noticeably, and moisturizes hair.  It has a wonderful scent which is really soft and soothing, and hair smells of the scent.

The shampoo contains a lot of parabens, but it’s okay as I know I haven’t picked up a herbal shampoo, so I guess chemicals are the way to go 😛 The tube has a flip-open cap which makes it easy to carry along while traveling.  The pack doesn’t mention the amount of time the conditioner has to be kept in the hair after shampooing, but I kept it around for 10 minutes and it worked like a charm.

The softness and the smoothing effect of the conditioner can be felt right while rinsing the conditioner off.  I have used it with Finesse self adjusting moisturizing shampoo and the combination has worked.  I don’t think availability is an issue as it’s available at leading online mega stores.

Yes, I recommend to all of you. If you think the price is okay for you, then don’t miss out on this conditioner.

Would I Repurchase John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Liquid Shine Illuminating Conditioner?

I haven’t yet decided because of the price.  It’s just way too expensive, but considering the final output, it’s just all fine. I probably would buy it, and I would definitely try out the shampoo once.
