Tips & Tricks: Use a light shade over the entire area from the lash line to the brow line to create the base. Apply a medium shade on the lower lid and blend it into your base shade. Use a dark color along the lash line and outer corner of the eyes as an accent to create the depth in eyes.

My Experience with Jordana Turquoise & Caicos 08 Color Effects Eye-shadow Powder:

The eye shadow comes in a cute & tiny silver colored pot. The pot covers with a transparent lid. The shade name and other details are printed at the base of the pot. The pot is so lightweight. The eye shadow pot is small and easy to carry.

Turquoise & Caicos is a sea-blue colored eye shadow. The eye shadow has very fine silver shimmers in it. The shimmers are not chunky and give beautiful luster. The shade is so vibrant and perfect to create gorgeous eye makeup for this festive & wedding season. I am quite surprised to see how pigmented these eye shadows are? The eye shadow is intensely pigmented to give high color pay off in one swipe.

The texture of the eye shadow is soft and smooth. The formula is really silky. It feels so light on the eyelids. The formula is non-powdery. So, it does not fall out. It glides on the lids evenly and smoothly. The eye shadow does not crease. Overall, the application and blending is just effortless. It gives beautiful satiny finish.

Normally, the staying power is 5-6 hours without any primers. When the eye shadow is used with primers, it enhances the staying power to 8 hours or so. The eye shadow is richly pigmented and I totally adore this. It completely lives up to the claims.
