A while ago, Jouer liquid lipsticks were all over Instagram and since then, I wanted to try these. I had never heard of this brand before. Christina Zilber is the creator of Jouer cosmetics. This brand is based out of Beverly Hills, California. After trying out these for a while, I must say I am quite impressed with the quality of Jouer products. They have a good selection of shade range. The shade I will be discussing today is called “Cerise.”

My Experience with Jouer Cerise Long-Wear Lip Creme Liquid Lipstick:
Jouer liquid lipsticks come packaged in sleek and sophisticated clear plastic tubes. One side of the liquid lipstick has a groove, all her makeup products connect to one another. So for example, if you purchase blush, highlighter or eyeshadows, then you can connect all things together. It is a very unique concept. The applicator is a short fluffy doe foot applicator, which is perfect to get into the corners for precise application.
The shade “Cerise” is a warm red color with pink undertones. I would say it is a watermelon-y shade which will be perfect for summers and will suit almost everyone. The formula feels very lightweight on the lips and has a whipped up texture. It glides on effortlessly.
It is highly pigmented and you get full coverage in one single swipe. It feels very comfortable on the lips. It doesn’t dry out quickly, so you can get enough time to even out the application. It has a sweet vanilla scent which fades after application. It lasts for around 8 hours without eating or drinking.
It does not feel drying on the lips and feels comfortable on the lips throughout the day. It doesn’t crack or settle into the fine lines of my lips.
