Hey girls!

If you step outdoors daily and use public transport, chances are high that your hair has become a wreck ball. Summers may take a toll on your hair with humidity and frizz ruining your luscious locks. Through the IMBB sponsored scheme, I tried the Jovees Argan Oil Hair Spa Masque. I wasn’t particularly hoping for miracles, but oh boy! I was blown over. Read on to know in details.

My Experience with Jovees Argan Oil Hair Spa Masque:

Packaging: Like most other hair masques, this too comes in a bulky tub. How I wish companies decide to come up with tubes for hair masks as they are travel friendly and don’t need wet fingers to scoop out product during hair wash. The cap and the lid do not shut tightly and have a tendency to come off. I won’t say the packaging is travel friendly. Details are written on the body.

The scent is strong and of ginger. I know ginger has numerous benefits for hair, but the smell feels slightly overwhelming. The texture is not very thick, but light and creamy. It spreads very easily on hair and gives a slip in hair. As per the directions, I apply a hot towel on my hair after applying this mask as it works better that way. It washes off easily, without any residue and trace of scent.

My hair feels very soft and nourished. The frizz is considerably reduced. Also, there is a healthy shine. Over three to four uses, I found that my hair started to look “well cared for.” It’s easier to run a comb through my hair now even without a hair serum. I won’t say my hair has become very smooth or sleek, but it makes my hair texture better without compromising on bounce and natural look.
I definitely feel it’s a great one for the price and would have been doubly happy had the packaging been up to the mark.
