This is the first time I have bought a massage cream. I usually use any thick facial cream or a cleansing balm for the same purpose. But, with the growing age, I feel a little facial massage regularly won’t hurt. At the same time, I didn’t want to invest heavily in a massage cream as I am not much familiar with how it works, so thought of starting off with a budget one. And, that’s why I got myself this Jovees Multi Fruit Face Massage Cream with AHA.

My Experience with Jovees Multi Fruit Face Massage Cream with AHA:

This cream comes in a tube, sealed with a silver foil. The cream is really very thick. A jar is more helpful when you have a thick cream like this as you have to take out the cream again and again while massaging the face. But then, this type of packaging is more hygienic.

What I really like about the cream is that it is really moisturizing. It melts when you massage, but again thickens. You add more water to loosen it up and it thickens again. All this provide a great grip on your face. This is really helpful when you are focusing on particular points on your face, like the hollows of your cheeks or in the middle of your eye brows, or doing a lymphatic drain massage. I read somewhere that facial massages should have more grip and less slip, and now when I am using a massage cream, I know what it means. I usually follow some of the facial massage techniques by Lisa Eldridge and Charlotte Tilbury. They have full videos on their YouTube channels, if you want to see those.

The packaging of this cream mentions that it has some fruit ingredients and AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acids). AHAs are acids such as glycolic, citric, lactic acid and are good for sensitive, dry, sun-damaged skin. But, there is no full disclosure of the ingredients list, so you can’t be really sure about what has actually gone into making this cream.

However, this massage cream is superbly wonderful in exfoliation. You can actually feel that your skin has smoothened out. The skin is completely bump-free after a 10 to 15 minutes of massage. It actually gives a little brightening effect too, which lasts for the next 2 hours maximum. The face actually looks cleean, soft and plump. The fragrance is fruity, but not strong. This is good because strong fragrances usually give me headaches.

Overall, I feel if you are looking for a good massage cream, which is quite affordable and does decent work too, you should give this a try. It won’t disappoint!
