Jovees Wintergreen Anti-Cellulite Body Massage Oil Review

Jovees Wintergreen Anti-Cellulite Body Massage Oil

Hello Girls,

This is one of the hubby purchases (the ones your hubby brings home when you had asked for something else in specific, saying all these are same). As usual I was not happy to see it, but thought I would give it a try…I got it this year in January, discovered it sitting idle in the bathroom cabinet today, so thought why not review it.

My take on Jovees Wintergreen Anti-Cellulite Body Massage Oil:

I used Biotique Avocado oil regularly as massage oil, especially in winters. So when I reluctantly started using this, I found it is not that bad at all. The oil has an ayurvedic aroma alright, but its mild, relaxing and soothing, nothing over the top. It gets absorbed in the skin after a massage and it feels really good when you get a shower after the massage. It soothes the body muscles, especially the ones at neck and back (problem areas of a software engg. ). I used to avoid massaging biotique avocado oil before shower in winters sometimes as it used to give a chill in the shower. I can’t really explain, but it is uncomfortable in winters, the time of the year when you look for warmth. I like this oil in that respect. No oily residue after shower and you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I have not noticed any improvement as per their anti cellulite claim, maybe you need to use the oil more frequently and massage more vigorously for that. Not sure. Apart from that it is a good oil that can be used for both pre and post bath massage.

Pros of Jovees Wintergreen Anti-Cellulite Body Massage Oil:

• Nice Ayurvedic Aroma, calming and relaxing.
• Relaxes muscles
• Light
• Has anti cellulite properties mentioned, an add on.
• Feels good in shower post massage, no chill(pro for me)

Cons of Jovees Wintergreen Anti-Cellulite Body Massage Oil:

• Bit pricey for the quantity
• Not much noticeable anti cellulite effect.

Repurchase/ Recommend:

I will try other oils available in the market once this gets over, lots of choices available with various essential oils combinations, and will get back to this later maybe. I would recommend trying this out.
