Joy Skin Fruits Fruit Moisturizing Massage Cream-Review
In my last review of Joy Skin Fruits Face Wash, Manisha mentioned that she quite liked the Fruit Cream by this brand. I was eager to try the same and when I saw this cute mini tub I picked it up and have been using it past one week . I shall be reviewing the same today.
Joy Skin Fruits Masaage Cream is a high quality cream containing fruit extract, jojoba and almonds oil which moisturises intensively and skin is renewed naturally revitalising the youthful beauty. Results in softer, noticeably younger looking skin.
Fruit Extracts – Provides the essential vitamins, nutrients, antioxidants and alpha-hydroxy acids for healthy glowing skin.
Jojoba Oil – A natural moisturizer, it penetrates into the skin and is known for its wrinkle control and anti-bacterial properties.
Almond Oil – An excellent emollient and moisturizer, it nourishes and softens the skin, improves complexion and retains glow.
Price/ Packaging/ Quantity:
INR 35 for 50 ml. It comes in a white tub type packaging. No doubt tub type packaging is unhygienic but most of the creams come in that only and we can always use a spatula to take out the cream. It has a screw top cap which fits over it, securely.
My take on the product:
I shall start with a positive note and that is I quite like the cream. It is a white coloured not so thick cream which spreads evenly on the body. There is no greasiness whatsoever after its application and my body feels soft and moisturised. I have used it post bath and my skin loved it. There was no heaviness, stickiness or greasiness on the body, it was absorbed within seconds and the dryness was taken care of through out the day. Also, I have been using it for my hands after every wash and believe me my skin on the hands looks much softer. Since winters have almost arrived, the skin now needs that extra moisture and this cream is working well on that front. Moving on to the fragrance, it has a very strong smell of God knows what, I have not been able to figure out the fragrance but whatever it is it smells and feels quite sweet. In the first 10-15 seconds, it is quite strong but dissipates quickly. After which only a faint sweet smell lingers. I have never tried it on the face as I am under the treatment of a Derma at the moment but I feel it shall go well with dry to normal skin beauties on the face also. All in all, I am happy with the first Joy product which has worked for me.
Pros of Joy Skin Fruits, Fruit Moisturising Massage Cream:
1. Light weight moisturizing cream.
2. Makes skin softer and supple.
3. Non greasy.
4. Gets absorbed pretty fast.
5. Provides nourishment to the skin.
6. Has fruit extracts, jojoba oil and almond oil which are considered good for the skin.
Cons of Joy Skin Fruits Fruit Moisturizing Massage Cream:
1. Tub type packaging is a little unhygienic.
2. Complete list of ingredients not mentioned.
Will I repurchase/ recommend?
Yes for both.
