My Experience with Kama Ayurveda Foot Cream:

I picked up two foot-care products from Kama Ayurveda. So let’s get on with my views about Kama Ayurveda foot cream. It’s a white coloured, ultra rich and soft textured cream blended with rich essentials oils and butters. The cold pressed process used for extracting pure organic coconut and almond oils helps retain the essential properties and makes the cream rich and pure. The renewing essential oils of lemon, verbena and cedar wood refresh and invigorate tired feet.

This cream is formulated with the blend of three rich butters: shea, cocoa and kokum; these butters make the cream rich and ultra luxurious. The cream needs to be massaged; once absorbed, it does not feel oily or sticky. It is best to be applied after evening shower or after washing feet, just before bedtime. As mentioned earlier, I usually get slightly rough and dry skin around my feet. Scholl Dry Skin Daily Moisturiser for Feet, which I have already reviewed, definitely helped me get rid of my dry and rough skin. However, regular nourishment and moisturisation are required to keep the skin of my feet smooth. Hence I picked up a slightly heavier cream for approaching winters and could not resist using it right away.

I have been using this cream for a couple of weeks now and the skin of my feet feels soft and silky. In fact, the effect is felt on the very first day itself. I apply it all over my feet from toe to heel and massage it mildly till it gets absorbed. I prefer using it towards the end of the day or just before going to bed. I sometimes use it on a daily basis and sometimes on alternate days, as required and desired. The fragrance is refreshing and relaxing; it smells like lemongrass. The size of the tube is decent and you can carry it around.
