How are you all doing? I did a huge Kama Ayurveda haul recently. I picked this Kama Ayurveda Lavender Patchouli Body Moisturizer. Of late, because of hot summers, I have been soaking myself in waters quite a lot. A shower at the end of the day gives me much-needed relief, which I follow up with a light and hydrating moisturizer. What best can it be apart from the one which has lavender as its main ingredient that is known to soothe the senses and impart detoxifying and sedative effects on the body. I use pure lavender water as a toner when I retire for the day. This Kama Ayurveda Lavender Patchouli Body Moisturizer seems to have created a perfect combination on my skin along with the pure water and I am loving it.

My Experience with Kama Ayurveda Lavender Patchouli Body Moisturiser:

Kama Ayurveda Lavender Patchouli Body Moisturizer comes in a brown-toned plastic study bottle that has hexagonal patterns on the top. The bottle gives a good grip this way. There is a golden-colored cap and a translucent stopper underneath for avoiding spillage during travels. The staff also gave me a pump that can be attached to the bottle. This made the usage quite practical and I loved this simple, thoughtful experience that they have created for the users. The details are written on a nice mint-colored sticker with brownish golden words. The packaging looks classy to me.

Kama Ayurveda Lavender Patchouli Body Moisturizer itself is a white milky moisturizer with a runny consistency. It has a non-sticky and non-greasy texture. When applied, it quickly gets absorbed into the skin and my skin feels light and hydrated.

The moisturizer does not feel heavy at all and I found it to be super apt for summers. The moisturizer has a woody musky fragrance and the lavender fragrance is prominent. Lavender is known for its sedative properties and is popularly used to treat insomnia. Patchouli is known for its anti-bacterial and anti-septic properties and keeps skin healthy.

I generally apply this all over my body after a shower at night and have a goodnight’s sleep, assured that my skin is in safe hands. I love how my skin feels with its application and I am sure it’s going to absorb more and more of body lotion this summer 😛
