Kama Eladi Hydrating Ayurvedic Face Cream Review

Price : Rs 895 for 50 gm

My Experience :

As much as I love Kama products, this one turned out to be such a failure for me. I have dry skin. My day cream was over so I was looking for a new one. Picking one from Kama was a no brainer considering I like so many of their products. The ingredients were impressive. The texture was light. It got absorbed quickly. It did not smell bad. I made perfect sense to give that extra bit of pampering during the changing weather. It is a heavy cream but gets absorbed just fine without leaving any residue behind.

I applied it and went out for a while. No makeup on top of it. After coming back home, I checked my face in mirror and noticed that my T zone was oozing oil. There was redness all around my T zone. And there were odd breakouts on my forehead and chin. :(( That was the end of this cream for me. It took me a week to recover from the stoopid breakout. I have used it on my feet since then but then I wash my hand afterwards. And just for record, I don’t have sensitive skin.

This gets a 0/5 from me. SKIP and save your skin!

I also have  a night cream from the same range. I was too scared to use that. But started using it after Aaarbee’s review. It is pretty good! 🙂
