Today, I will be sharing my views on Kanebo Sensai Silky Purifying Foaming Facial Wash, which belongs to the ‘Silky Purifying’ range of Sensai cleansing products of double cleansing, based on the Japanese technology. Product Description:
Facial washes catering to all skin types that remove sebum, water based impurities and dead cells, preparing skin for Double Moisturising. Formulated with botanical extracts, the silky foam gently cleanses and purifies the skin. The can is a bit bulky to be travel-friendly, but safer than tubes which tend to leak when packed in big suitcases.

Application:
Apply alone mornings or after Step 1 at night. Rinse well.
Packaging:
It comes packaged in a white coloured 150ml spray can which has a grey coloured cap. This spray can comes packaged in a white coloured cardboard box. On pressing, the spray emits the facial foam, which is sufficient for one face wash.
My Experience with Kanebo Sensai Silky Purifying Foaming Facial Wash:
While I was shopping, I was advised by the sales representative to try this foaming facial wash for deep cleansing in the nights. She explained to me how important it was to double cleanse the skin to get all the impurities and dead skin removed, especially at the night time. Cleansers remove makeup and impurities to reveal our natural skin. Soaps cleanse dirt and dead skin to purify our complexion. Sensai foaming facial wash belongs to the step 2 cleanser.
It is an aerosol type facial wash that emits fine foam for a fresh finish. Even though it is suitable for those with normal, oily and combination skin, I was advised to use this since my skin falls under the combination and sensitive type. Since it costs a lot for a face wash, I was hesitant but then I picked it up. I am glad, I did. Even though I do not use it regularly, I use on the days I have applied heavy makeup or at least once a week.
After thoroughly removing my makeup and cleansing my face with my regular cleanser, I use this to further cleanse and refine my skin. The following day, I do not feel the necessity to use a scrub on my face. Skin feels refined, soft and silky. As mentioned, the texture is soft and silky foam. The foam needs to be applied in circular motions all over the face and then rinsed off thoroughly.
As I apply it on my face, it penetrates deep into the skin and I can feel it removing dead skin and impurities from my pores. Sensai purifying range has a series of double cleansers, moisturisers, etc. This cleansing foam does not dry or dehydrate my skin, no breakouts or irritation on my sensitive skin. However, it is slightly expensive for regular use. Another interesting fact about this range is that their products are unisex and can be used by both men and women.
