I recently picked up two new Kara Nail Polish Remover Wipes. They have launched four new nail polish removers, and I picked up the ‘Lemon’ and ‘Rose’ variants. I just love the scent of roses! Let’s start the review.

My Experience with Kara Nail Polish Remover Wipes Rose:

These nail polish remover wipes come in a white cardboard outer box with all the details. There is a nice lemon print on the box that indicates the variant. Inside the box, the actual wipes are stored in a white plastic round container with a screw cap. The container is safe to store and it closes tightly also. It is totally easy to carry around and it looks so pretty. One jar contains 30 wipes and is priced at INR 100, which makes it so cheap. This is the ‘Rose’ variant and it smells so sweet, just like fresh roses. It is so nice and has a mild scent that will be prefered by everyone. This is not a strong scent and does not last long on the nails. Still, I love this fresh scent as it is much better than those conventional acetone smell.

All the wipes look plain white in colour and the texture is quite smooth and soft. They are very thin and gentle for the nails. All the wipes are moist. I really love the quantity of the moisture or solution present in these wipes. I never feel any dryness in these wipes. The wipes are very thin and gentle for the nails.

These wipes also contain olive oil and that’s why they feel so oily and super moisturising. I mostly need one wipe for ten nails. One single wipe can totally remove the nail colour from my nails. I usually place this on the top of my nail and keep it for few seconds then I gently rub the wipe on my nail and the nail colour comes off easily. These wipes are so easy to use and take only a few minutes to clean all the nails. But, one wipe takes a little extra time when it comes to darker shades. Actually, one wipe is not enough for the darker shades. I need a clean wipe to remove all the mess created by dark nail polishes.

Still, one wipe can remove dark nail colors nicely. These wipes also can remove glitter nail paints smoothly and easily. Overall, these wipes can clean my nail paints easily without being harsh on my nails. As the product contains olive oil, it never makes my nails dry. My nails look oily but hydrated after using these wipes. My nails look so smooth and soft. Sometimes, I feel that the wipe is over oily and I need to wash my hands nicely after using a wipe. The oil looks messy on the nails and also on the other hand. But I am so happy with the nourishment it provides to my nails. It never leaves any white cast.

There is no scratch or peeling on my nails either. These wipes keep my nails soft for long. This product is a really good option for dry nails. It has never irritated my skin. Overall, I totally love this ‘Lemon’ nail polish remover and it works its best to remove the nail paint and also provides superb moisturisation to my nails. The Lemon variant is less oily than this Rose variant yet it works quicker. Otherwise, I love both of them. These wipes are really good for travel time.
