With the help of IMBB sponsorship scheme, I purchased Karuna Vitamin C pearls, and without further ado, let’s see whether this treatment worked for me:

My Experience with Karuna Vitamin C+ Pearls:

Karuna vitamin C Pearls has a small, fancy packaging. I ordered this online and when I received the package, I thought I would get a huge box as the price was high but I received a small box (mostly, the size of my hand). The box itself is orange and white in color and clear details about the product, ingredient list and usage details are mentioned on it. The box contains two small transparent containers – the first container contains pure vitamin C pearls or capsules and the next container contains the activator liquid and a dropper has been provided to dispense the liquid.

The pearls are pure white in color and they are nothing but pure vitamin C or ascorbic acid and the activator solution looks like pure water and contains probiotics. Vitamin C is one miracle ingredient that can help diminish dark spots, brighten up the complexion, and also can help in reducing melanin production. When we apply Vitamin C topically to our skin, it instantly transforms it in a bunch of different ways – not only does it retexturize our skin, it restores its radiance and gives it a natural glow. From serums to moisturizers, there are a lot of products infused with vitamin C, but this magic ingredient has been notoriously tricky to stabilize in topical products. Vitamin C loses stability and potency because it oxidises when it comes in contact with air, light, and water and this makes it extremely tricky to bring vitamin C into a serum or mask.

This is the reason why most of the vitamin C products are pricey as they have to be specially formulated. Most of the vitamin c products are in form of serum or creams which in spite of special formula, tend to oxidize and become unstable over a period of time, so the best way to include vitamin c is to use them in their pure form, and that’s the basic idea behind the Karuna vitamin C pearls.

These pearls have pure vitamin C which is stored using “flashfreeze” technology. The Flash Freeze process removes moisture and dry freezes active ingredients at their peak potency for maximum results. In order to use the treatment, we need to place one pearl in the palm of our hand and then dispense 3 full drops of the activator onto the pearl. Then, the pearl and the activator needs to be mixed thoroughly together.

Once the pearl comes in contact with the activator, it crumbles and then finely becomes a paste. We need to then apply this to face. Since this a treatment, it should be applied at night and can be used once a week or as needed. The vitamin C paste which we get as a result of mixing the pearl and activator together has a strong smell of acid.

There are a total of 7 pearls so that literally means I paid 10 AUD for a single treatment which is a bit pricey. This pearl contains 79 percent of Vitamin C which is the highest available in the market. The activator liquid is nothing but probiotics which acts as an agent to maintain the pH level of the pearl.

I have used up almost 4 treatments and I should say that this product is phenomenal. Oh my God, it works like magic because it does all it claims. I saw a major change in my skin after the first usage. My skin was more even, bright and looked better. Sometimes, I use it once a week and in 3 days and I really love using this and I look forward to this treatment.

It is amazing because I could see my skin transforming and also saw visible improvements.

My skin has become soft and silky from the first usage itself and I enjoy how my skin is getting treated. My acne scars and pigmentation are quite better now and my skin tone has improved a lot.

My skin feels quite plump and radiant. I love this product and I can clearly see why it is pricey. Most vitamin C products out there do not work well as they oxidize soon and lose their potency since they are infused with water or other medium for a long time. Now, this is where Karuna acted cleverly and they have used a non-infused raw version of Vitamin C which becomes activated only during application and that makes this product more effective.

Overall, I am obsessed with this product as it does what it claims and is worth every penny that I paid, so finally, here’s a skincare product that works !!!!
