My Experience with Kat Von D Baudelaire Ink Liner:
I have previously used an reviewed the Kat Von D Tattoo liner in the shade Trooper here. I did find the ink liner to be very similar to the Tattoo liner from the application tip. The biggest difference between then is that the Tattoo liner was much more long-wearing and waterproof but only comes in 2 shades which is Black and brown, the Ink liner comes in a variety of colorful shades.
This liner comes in a pen like format which is my preferred applicator for eyeliners. The pen like applicator makes it very easy to use. You can draw lines or dab the applicator sideways and create the thinnest cleanest lines or you can even use to draw art work if you feeling creative. You can get the sharpest cat eye with this liner.
The cap closes with a secure click which will prevent the liner from coming into contact with air and drying up.
The shade Baudelaire is a beautiful deep navy. It goes on opaque. You can deepen the intensity and the opaqueness of the liner with multiple coats. The liner goes on super smoothly and does not tug or skip. Using a colorful liner is the easiest way to incorporate a pop of color to an otherwise neutral eye look. The liner does not have any shimmer but it is not completely matte in appearance. It has a little bit of sheen.
This liner is truly longwearing. It did not fade or crack during the whole 8 hours I wear makeup. It is budge proof and smudge proof. Though it is not as waterproof as the Tattoo liner, it is water resistant to some extent. Though it will not bleed once it gets wet, if you rub your eye when it is wet, it will surely transfer or smear.
On the plus side, it comes off easily with any makeup remover.
Overall, I feel this is a fantastic product. If you want completely waterproof eyeliner this is not the product for you but it is long wear enough for everyday use, the bright pop of colors in this range are an added bonus. I would love to get my hands of more colors in the future.I will recommend them.
Pros of Kat Von D Baudelaire Ink Liner:

• Felt tip, pen style applicator makes it very easy to use
• Good pigmentation, goes on opaque
• Is long-wearing, did not fade or smear
• Does not tug or skip while application
Cons of Kat Von D Baudelaire Ink Liner:
• Not completely waterproof
