Skin Type: Oily and Sensitive.
Hello, ladies 🙂
Today, I am going to review the new cleansing wipes by Kaya, called Refreshing Mattifying Wipes. Let’s get into the review.
Price: Rs. 125/- (30 wipes)
Benefits: Cleansing, Makeup removal.
• Chamomile extract and vitamin E enriched wipes deep clean the skin pores and get rid of impurities and sebum.
• Acne prone skin.
My Experience with Kaya Refreshing Mattifying Wipes:
Kaya Refreshing Mattifying wipes come in a nice plastic pouch with a lavender peel off cover which has a good quality adhesive. It is very easy to pull the wipes and hence, it is a safe, hygienic packaging. One pack contains 30 wipes so, it will last nicely and the price is really affordable. It contains chamomile extracts and vitamin E; both are very refreshing and hydrating for the skin. The wipes have a very strong yet pleasant smell that instantly provides a fresh soothing effect during a hot day.
The actual wipes are made of a nice soft material which is neither too thin nor too thick. They are good in size and hence, they are sufficient to cover the whole face. This soft material feels gentle on the skin and it never irritated my skin. The wipes are nicely wet and they don’t dry up quickly. So, until I remove all the makeup, it still feels wet, fresh and soothing on the skin.
It cleans all the dirt from my face and also removes excess oil without making my skin dry. It is very good for removing normal face makeup like foundation, compact, blush and lipstick. The wipes remove all the glittery eyeshadows with a few swipes. It also can remove Kajal like colossal and eyeconic but, it needs a few swipes to remove it completely. Also, it can’t remove waterproof liquid lipsticks easily and hence, this is not excellent for removing waterproof mascaras and gel liners. So, it is only good for removing basic everyday makeup.
Now, this is a mattifying wipe and like its claims, it cleans oil deeply and instantly mattifies my skin. It also controls oil to a good extent. The wipes also provide a decent hydration to the skin and keep my skin soft for long. It never makes my skin dry and it leaves a non-sticky smooth texture to the skin. But, this wipe irritated my eyes. Maybe it just happened for I have very sensitive eyes.
Overall, I like these wipes and its refreshing nature. It cleans my basic makeup nicely. Though it is not effective for removing waterproof makeup, still I really like the way how it mattifies my skin. It is good for oily skin but somehow it doesn’t suit my eyes. So, I only prefer to use it on my face.

Will I Recommend/Repurchase Kaya Refreshing Mattifying Wipes?
I like its mattifying fact but it irritates my eyes so I am not sure about repurchasing this one. If you have sensitive eyes, I will not recommend this otherwise, it is a nice cleansing wipe that makes your skin oil-free.
