Khadi Aloe Vera Moisturising Lotion Review

KHADI MOISTURISING LOTION  : ALOE VERA

Hi folks! This is my review for the Khadi moisturizers and this is the 2nd product I am going to talk about in the final segment . 🙂

It is basically more of a comparison with the Kesar, Aloe-vera and Honey that I reviewed earlier. The one I am talking about here is ‘Khadi Moisturising Lotion Aloe Vera’.

I had planned to buy the earlier one only but as I was unable to go personally I sent my dad (of all the people!! :headbang: ) and instead of getting the Kesar, Aloe Vera and Honey one, he ended up bringing me this! I was a bit skeptical about this initially as I thought it was deficient in the other crucial ingredients of Kesar and Honey that the other one had and I had loved it. Ah but having no option I used it anyway :sidefrown:

And here goes my experience:

Yep I did like Khadi Aloe Vera Moisturising Lotion because

• Though it doesn’t have Kesar and Honey; these are the ingredients it does have and which work very well –

• It absorbs into the skin super fast-faster than ‘Kesar, Aloe-vera and Honey’
• It does not leave any greasiness
• Again, the quantity is tremendous and will last you the entire season :happydance:
• I love the packaging and being transparent I can make sure I can finish off the lastest bits of the lovely lotion :toothygrin:
• The major difference which I see also as an advantage over the Kesar, Aloe-vera and Honey lotion is that this one is less intense and much lighter. So, I can use it in hot weather as well; compared to the Kesar one, which is more suitable for winters. This should therefore, hopefully make it usable all the year round :jiggy1:
• I don’t know whether I am imagining it (!) but I seem to notice my skin brightening upon using this one!!! :woot: :woot: :woot:

If there is something I did not like about Khadi Aloe Vera Moisturising Lotion :

• First thing I found not likable about it was the smell – well it smells of aloevera only and personally I did not like it all that much. Nut now that I have grown to use it I have started liking it :toothygrin: It has got a refreshing smell, is what I have come to realize :bravo:
• Umm…regarding the consistency, I find it slightly thicker than the Kesar one, so not as smoothly flowing. Well, I don’t find that much of a handicap ‘coz it does its job brilliantly :yahoo:
• As I can already see from the reviews I got on the Kesar one. KHADI is not easily accessible around the country so yeah those outside Delhi will have to slog a bit :sweat: :starving: :deadrose:

All in all, another great one from Khadi. If you ask me to choose between this and the Kesar one, I would admit it is hard for me :inlove: Both the moisturizing lotions are equally fantastic and I really can’t say which one is better! But yeah as I mentioned, for the coming warmer climes, this Aloevera one is suiting me better. Oh! so yes! there goes the difference! :toothygrin:

Will I buy it again? – A very emphatic YES!!!! :woot:
Which one will I pick between the two? – Whichever I lay my hands upon first!!! :toothygrin:

Price : Rs.90 (I attribute the difference in price to the gap of time…I had bought the Kesar one a year before, so I believe Khadi to have hiked up the prices. Still not bad at all!! :woot: )
