Today’s review is going to be on a facial kit by Khadi. I really like Khadi products as this brand does not use harmful chemicals. I had picked this ‘Fruits Freshness’ kit for my mom. But it smells so good that I had to try it myself. So, here is the review of this kit.

My Experience with Khadi Fruits Freshness Skin Rejuvenation Facial Kit:

Packaging: The facial kit comes in a mini size, travel friendly, glossy green cardboard box with all the details and directions. It looks attractive. Inside the box, 5 small jars are nicely placed on a cardboard tray. I really like these mini jars, these are better than pouch. These are easy to store and are hygienic for future uses. All the jars contain good amount of product and the step number is also indicated on each jar. Overall, I am impressed by this packaging.

Step 1 – Lemon & orange cleanser

Cleansing is the first step of this facial, and lemon-orange cleanser comes in a nice medium creamy consistency and it looks like a pink creamy cleanser. It smoothly spreads on the skin and a gentle massage makes skin clean and smooth easily. It is not like normal cleansers; it feels like cleansing milk on my skin. It needs to be washed nicely or wiped off from the face with cotton. It makes skin smooth and clear without making it dry. It is good enough for all skin types.

Step 2 – Watermelon and grapefruit face scrub

The scrub has the same creamy consistency with some small red/pink scrubbing particles which never hurt my skin. It glides smoothly on skin and it exfoliates my skin deeply. Its smooth texture massages easily and gives a very deep cleansing. It really helps to remove dead skin cells and blackheads. It makes my skin smooth and removes its dull texture too. It removes dirt from my pores. After cleansing and scrubbing, my skin feels fresh, clear and bright automatically. This must be rinsed with warm water.

Step 3 – Peach & avocado massage cream:
Massage is the most important part of this facial technique. Massage cream comes in a medium thick consistency and it feels so light on skin. It glides so easily but as it is quite thick, so to make it little light, I like to massage it with some rose water. I always love to massage my skin in a proper way. After massaging my face for 15 minutes, I remove all the excess product from face with a cotton wipe. The massage cream neither makes my skin oily nor dry. It has a perfect balanced formula which I really like. It instantly makes skin healthy and bright. It feels fresh and relaxing too.

Step 4 – Green apple & strawberry facial gel:
This facial gel looks extremely pretty and it comes in a light weight pink gel format. It smoothly glides on skin but as it is a gel, it dries out quickly. So, I can’t massage with it for long. But this problem can be easily solved with some rose water. And, with the help of rose water, it smoothly blends on the skin and massaging with it makes skin fresh. It feels like nothing on my skin and it gets easily absorbed into the skin. Its light gel formula makes skin clear and oil free. This oil free gel is great for oily skin.

Step 5 – Mango & papaya facial mask:

The final step is the face mask. This mango papaya face mask comes in a thick creamy consistency, which smoothly glides on my skin. It is easy to cover up my entire face with small amount of product. It has never irritated my skin and feels light on skin. I usually prefer to keep it on for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water. This mask dries out quickly and it is also easy to remove. It makes skin bright, glowing and healthy. It removes all the excess oil from face.

Overall:
All the products work fine and it has never irritated my skin. This is a proper facial kit and I like all the individual products. All the products have the same kind of fruity smell. It has a very fresh smell but I couldn’t understand how every product smells the same despite having different ingredients. I have oily-sensitive skin. This kit never makes my skin more oily. It provides an oil-free, healthy and soft skin. But it might not suit sensitive, acne prone skin because after using it I had noticed 2 small bumps on my face. It suits my mom’s skin perfectly though.

This facial kit provides a fresh and healthy look instantly. It makes skin soft and smooth. Yeah it feels fresh and relaxing, like it claims, but not cool. The glow looks nice on my tanned skin and it also firms up my skin. It has rejuvenated my tired looking skin too. It is a very useful kit for instant use, like just before any party, but the glow doesn’t stay on for long on me. And it can’t make my skin fair at all. Also I didn’t notice any changes in my blemishes. It just makes skin bright and fresh.

Would I Repurchase/Recommend Khadi Fruits Freshness Skin Rejuvenation Facial Kit?
I am not sure about this kit. It works nice enough to provide a glow, but it broke me out, so I am little confused about this kit. If you have normal skin, then you can try.
