Past few months, I have been getting pimples very often and they always leave a scar. The rose water, lime juice and honey mixture worked well for me. But the stickiness it would impart to my face all night, bothered me a little. Anyways, I had ordered this cream before I tried this DIY could work.
So, let’s check out whether this pimple cream helped me out or added to my woes!
Controls acne, pimples and skin eruptions. Makes skin smooth and soft
Rs.350 for 50g. I must say it is expensive for Khadi standards.
It comes in a big tub packaging. The base is a transparent one. The stickers are pasted on it with all the required details. The black cap fits well and would not leak. I wouldn’t call it a travel-friendly pack because of its size.
As always, Khadi has mentioned only key components and they are all herbal products.
My experience with Khadi Herbal Acne Pimple Cream:
I purchased this product some 3 months back. I usually trust Khadi for skin care and I had high hopes with this pimple cream. But this one disappointed me big time! Really, I don’t even know what to do with the big tub of cream that is remaining. It is just useless to me now.
As per the instruction given on the tub, I applied it on my pimples as well as the marks after cleansing my face and would leave it overnight. Immediately after applying it, a slight warm, tingling sensation is felt which goes off soon. (It is similar to sensation on applying Himalaya Fruit face pack.) I have used it religiously for 2 months, but nothing happened. At first I thought that I should be patient with it as herbal creams take time to work. But I need some positive signs at least some time or the other. Alas! I didn’t get any of it.
I tried putting a thin layer of cream for 2 weeks, then switched to thick layers thinking it may work this way. I would reapply it just before sleeping in case it would get rubbed from my hand accidently. In the morning, a little oiliness would be there on my pimples and it somehow gave me an illusion of the pimple looking a bit shrunk but then it would be back to its normal size later. May be it was just the optimism in me! The old pimples remained in their old state and the new pimples continued to pop up. It lighten some of the scars though! Finally, I saw a dermatologist and I am taking the medicines and ointment prescribed by him. Hopefully, I would be able to say goodbye to my pimples soon!

Will I repurchase Khadi Herbal Acne Pimple Cream?
Nope. I already don’t know what to do with the tub which is almost full.
Do I recommend Khadi Herbal Acne Pimple Cream?
No. Better try some other pimple creams or some DIY’s.
