Khadi Herbal Bath Oil Review

Hi beauties 🙂

I hauled some herbal products and makeup during the Valentine’s Day sale. I always welcome herbal products as they are better compared to those laden with chemicals and what not. Although the chemical filled ones cannot be totally cut off, I try my best to introduce those with herbal compositions and natural ingredients wherever possible. Days are getting hotter over here and hot days mean the extra stress. I came across this bath oil, and I was intrigued by the array of aromatic oils it contained. Let us know more.

My Experience with Khadi Herbal Bath Oil:

Typical Khadi packaging that you can make it out from miles away. It is a transparent plastic bottle that has a black flip cap. The cap clicks shut and is sturdy. It is convenient enough to pour the oil in the form of drops. There is nothing fancy about the packaging as usual.

The oil is transparent and does not have any hint of color. The texture of the oil is quite thin and it is almost soluble in water. The fragrance feels quite poking when you sniff it first. But, it feels relaxing when you get used to it. I must say it is not a pleasant aroma as it is a combination of many oils. I am not a big fan of it.

Basically I pour about half a cap of the oil in my bucket of water and sometimes I vary the quantity when I feel it is not sufficient enough. The oil does not float prominently on the top, but it has to be mixed. The aroma gives a rejuvenated feeling, de-stresses and brightens up the mood. I did not see my body feeling oily post bath, so this is definitely a plus for me. This is gonna be a hit for dry skinned beauties. Even though the aroma feels over-powering and strong it does not linger for a long time, I wish it stayed for a tad longer while. And the best part is it moisturizes my skin! I did not need a strong lotion, I just applied a mild lotion and I was good to go for the day. I want to try this as post bath oil and see how well it works in relieving stressed muscles and body pain. It definitely brightened up my mood and I will be using this mostly in the evenings after a tough day.

This is a very good bath oil and does what it claims, sans the weird fragrance. It has a combination of essential oils like lemon oil, bergamot oil, nertoli oil, lavender etc that are a treat for the skin. This does not contain mineral oil, which is a plus for me. It is a bit pricey I feel, but I got it at a fair discount 😛 . I love this oil and use it every other day.
