I am really stocking up on various face and body cleansers lately, owing to these unbearable summer. The temperature has soared to 40 degree Celsius here and it feels like I am in an oven. The first thing I do when I reach home is just take a shower. So today I’ll be reviewing a body wash from Khadi.

My Take on Khadi Herbal Body Cleanser with Rose and Rose Water:
Like all other Khadi products, this one too comes in a typical khadi packaging. Nevertheless it is convenient to use. The flip cap is sturdy too. It is a bit bulky to be carried around. The body wash is pink in color which is really pleasant to look at from the bottle. It turns out almost transparent when you take it out of the bottle. The aroma is the best part of this body wash! It has a pleasant aroma of roses. It lingers on for quite a while in the shower. It just wakes up my senses and is quite invigorating. It is the thing I reach for when I am about to take a shower after having a long, hard day in the sun.
Apart from the soothing aroma, it is also non-drying on my normal skin. Post shower, I can feel how soft it has made my skin. It lathers efficiently and cleanses skin thoroughly. A small amount will suffice and the bottle will last for more than 3 months even if you use it everyday. If you love roses, then I’m sure you are gonna pick this. Actually, I wasn’t that much into rosy fragrances but after this I am gonna explore more. Khadi products have worked excellently on my skin and hair most times so it gives me more trust to keep exploring. And the best part is that the fragrance lingers on for a while even after bath.
