Khadi India Neem Herbal Face Pack

Hi to all IMBB beauties,

Today I am going to review Khadi India Neem Herbal Face Pack. I have an oily, acne prone and sensitive skin. My acne is terrible. After trying so many brands (so many chemicals) now I am trying Khadi (Herbal one). Here is my review for you guys.

• Packaging -: The pack powder is packed in a transparent polythene and the outer cover is a thick box (see the pic)
• Price -: Rs. 60/- for 100 gm
• Shelf Life -: 03 Years
• Ingredients -: Neem, Netrabala, Nimbu, Santra, Multani Mitti, Tulsi, Gulab, Pilli Sarson and Daru Haldi

Method to Use -: Take two spoon of Neem Herbal pack and mix it with Rose Water, fresh milk or water to make a paste. Apply this paste evenly on face, neck and hands. Let it dry for some time. Then wash with cold water.

Effect after Usage –: An excellent face pack for oily and normal skin. It removes dirt and excess oil from skin well within pores. It heals skin from inside, remove acne and pimples. Its antiseptic properties check over secretion of sebum.

My Experience with Khadi India Neem Herbal Face Pack

It has become my routine. When my husband and I go to the monthly grocery shopping, after pick up of all the necessary things I go to the beauty / skin / hair care section. Sometimes my husband gets irritated if I spend more than half an hour in that section but as usual he has to be keep quiet (God made me a woman so I have a natural attraction of that section). I always search products which are good for my oily skin. This time I attracted by Khadi display rack. I know neem is a very very good ingredient if you have acne prone skin.

I bought this from Carrefour wholesale mall in East Delhi and it was a great deal. The MRP is Rs. 60 for 100 gm pack though packaging is not attractive. It looks very ordinary like Ayur products. I got it for Rs. 46/- with an offer buy one get one free (may be offer is because of the product’s near expiry date). But I will definitely finish it before its expiry.

I am using this pack on every other day for 3 weeks since it is a herbal product (cannot use chemical loaded products this much frequently). The pack looks like multani mitti and after making the mixture it become little bit darker and smell bitter due to neem. I am preparing this pack using rose water. After cleansing the face with my regular cleanser I apply this pack on face. When the face pack dries become dry, I take normal tap water on my palm and message my face with circulation motion. That helps in getting rid of the dead skin. My skin feels clean, fresh and smooth. My acne is reducing gradually due to neem’s antiseptic properties. The immediate effect of this pack is that my pores become smaller but temporarily. It controls oil for very short time.

Pros

•  Good herbal product for oily and sensitive skin people.
•  The part of the ingredients used in the pack is mentioned on the packet.
•  Good for summer and monsoon season.
•  It heals the pimples and controls whiteheads.
•  Good quantity at good price.
•  Long shelf life.
•  Easily available.

Cons

• 50% product used is multani mitti. I know it is good for skin but as it is neem pack not multani mitti pack.
•  It has a strong bitter smell of Neem.
•  Controls oil temporarily.

Rating: 3/5

Would I buy it again: I will try some other product by khadi for oily skin because I will be bored soon with this huge quantity.

Recommendation: It is a good pack for oily skin people and especially in summer and monsoon season.
