Khadi Mauri Aloe Vera and Henna Oil Hair Conditioner Review
Hi friends!!
I was looking forward to bringing a change in my hair conditioning regime when I found this conditioner at a Khadi store located nearby. I thought of trying this as it has the goodness of aloe vera and henna oil and both of them work very nicely on my hair type. I guess the name itself played a magic on me when I got this. On using, I found this to be quite impressive for my hair type. It gives that salon like smooth finish to dry hair as claimed. Keep reading to find out more.

My Experience with Khadi Mauri Aloe Vera and Henna Oil Hair Conditioner:
Let me tell you, this is my first purchase from the Khadi family. After reading a lot of reviews on Khadi products, I wanted to try them; thought that even if they do not work, there is no harm as they make affordable products. I have oily scalp and dry hair which can be used as a reference over here. Khadi Mauri hair conditioner does not come in the usual Khadi packaging, rather the plastic bottle is nicely packed in a cardboard box which makes the product look very interesting. Also, the bottle has a big mouth which makes pouring out the product a lot more simple.
This conditioner has a consistency in between a cream and a gel which glides easily onto hair strands. As directed, I applied it on my hair and kept it for 5 minutes before rinsing it off. I could not feel any kind of coating on my hair while washing and it got rinsed off very easily too. On air drying, I found that my hair was softer and silkier than before. My hair had some bounce and added luster to it. Overall, I am extremely happy with its immediate results.
My mother has colour-treated hair and it works wonderfully on her too, but no frizz control with this. She has curly hair and her curls look softer post washing; however, this hair conditioner smells like Zandu balm, but thankfully, the smell does not stay behind.
My only complaint is that the effects stay only for a day, so this can be a good option only for girls who shampoo almost every day and prefer to use a herbal conditioner after that or the ones who have normal hair.
Pros of Khadi Mauri Aloe Vera and Henna Oil Hair Conditioner:
- Controls the dryness of hair.
- Makes hair silky and smooth to touch.
- Works on color-treated hair too.
- No silicones.
- The smell fades away.
- Affordable.
- Contains herbal ingredients.
- Nice packaging.
- I cannot comment how it would work on damaged hair.
Cons of Khadi Mauri Aloe Vera and Henna Oil Hair Conditioner:
- Effects stay only for one day.
- No frizz control.
- Avaibility- offline its fine but online only a few sites have stock of this.
IMBB Rating:
3.5/5
Overall Verdict:
This is an affordable and light herbal hair conditioner and definitely a good one from Khadi. I wish it could control frizz too, but then does not even claim to do so.
