I hope you all are doing fine. The festive season is coming up and the festivals are meaningless without bright, glowing faces. I have decided to start taking care of my skin religiously from now on. I bought Khadi Rose Water and Tulsi Herbal Skin Toner as a part of this plan.

We all know the importance of toners in cleaning the skin and giving a fresh, dewy finish to your cleaned and scrubbed skin. I searched for a perfect toner for so many years. Most of them were either sticky, that caused loads of sweating or contained alcoholic products that stung badly and caused rashes. When I came across this product, I wanted to give it a try, just because of the ingredients mentioned. Let us see how effective it is.

Well, probably this is the best thing about this product. All natural ingredients are used. Extracts of herbs and plants would not ever do any harm to your skin. Also, no preservative is added to the product.

My Experience Khadi Rose Water and Tulsi Herbal Skin Toner

The product comes in a simple transparent plastic bottle. The label attached to it carries all the necessary information about the product. There is a black flip top cap attached to it. I would have preferred a spray bottle more. But at such a low price, you cannot really expect that much. There is also a transparent rubbery cap attached to the mouth of the bottle inside the black cap. This prevents any kind of leakage. Thus, the bottle can be easily carried around.

 

I have been using it regularly for the last 2 weeks and yes, finally I have found what I was looking for. The toner is a pale pink colored liquid. It smells like rose water. No stickiness is felt when applied on skin.

I use it after cleaning my face, using a cotton-ball. It removes the traces of dirt and gives a soothing sensation to the skin. No, this one does not have any cooling effect, but it does reduce pores and gives a soft glow to the face. It does not sting at all and gives no sticky feel to the skin.

My dark patches and acne marks become very prominent, after I use a scrubber or face wash due to dryness. This toner helps me to get rid of that. I use my sunscreen, after I use this product. I see less sweating these days when I go out. My pimple breakouts have reduced to some extent and the face looks fresher than before.

I have also used this to make fullers earth face pack and it helps in making a smooth mixture that spreads evenly on skin and gives a very comforting sensation. I have used this to make my homemade Vitamin C serum too. I apply it in the night and wake up with a soft fresh skin in the morning.

I feel this is something that everyone can use as a toner and also can incorporate it in their beauty regimen in multiple ways. It just makes your skin care routine even better.
