Hi beautiful ladies,

Winters are approaching so I was looking for a good moisturiser. While browsing online for the same I came across Khadi sandalwood moisturiser. This is my first ever Khadi product and I thought that it might not be loaded with the chemicals, so I decided to give it a try.

Price: – Rs. 120 for 210 ml

Packaging: It comes in standard khadi packaging. The same transparent bottle with a flip top cap. I find it very boring. But as I am concerned with the quality of the product and not the packaging so it does not really matter to me.

Product Description: Recommended for all skin types. Sandalwood has a cooling effect, heals sunburns, lightens sports, marks and pigmentation.

How to use: Massage face, neck and nape in an upward.

Ingredients: Aqua, sandalwood, wheat germ oil, neem, kesar, Aloevera base.

My take on Khadi Sandalwood Moisturizer:

It is white in colour, has a lotion like thick texture and a mild sandalwood smell. But I am not much fond of sandalwood fragrance. Smell is not strong so it will not bother the sensitive noses. Being thick in texture it is not runny. By opening the flip cap one can take out the required quantity. After cleansing my face I made a full face application. I have combination to oily skin type which turns out to be little dry in the winters. On my face I used it sparingly and did not find it heavy but if you apply a lot of quantity then you may find it greasy. It hydrates the skin very nicely and disappears into the skin. I also applied it on my arms and hands (On these areas my skin is drier than the facial skin) and my skin completely absorbed it. People with dry skin would love it.The moisturising impact stayed on me for 4-5 hours which is very good from a product having this price point.

Pros of Khadi Sandalwood moisturizer:

• Affordable.
• Does not make the skin greasy.
• Does not feel heavy
• No chemicals.

Cons of Khadi sandalwood moisturizer:

• If used a lot of quantity then it may cause greasiness.
• Not easy to carry in purse.
• It will not be a good option for summers.

Do I recommend: – Yes, It is a very affordable moisturizer you should definitely give it a try.

Will I re-purchase: – Yes.
