Khadi Tea Tree Face Wash Gel Review

I have been struggling with acne problem for almost a year now and last year, around November, it got aggravated even more after I started taking Safi. I used to consume 2 tablespoons of Safi diluted in water every night regularly for around 2 months, but it never showed optimum results and only made my skin worse.  I first thought it was the starting stages of its work, maybe I was taking the doses the wrong way. Please suggest if I should alter something and start drinking Safi again.  Anyhow, since then, I have been buying various products which claim to treat acne and are gentle, today I bring a product which claims something similar. I recently hauled a couple of Khadi products from its premium range and there are going to be some more reviews of Khadi coming your way. Let’s see how this one performs.

Khadi Tea Tree Face Wash Gel

Product Description:

Oil-control face wash gel with its mild antibacterial properties is ideal for cleaning out makeup, dust and grime and natural occurring oil secretions without over drying the skin and hence effectively toning your skin and giving it that clean look. It is effective on normal to oily skin.  Geared towards the oily Indian skin, tea tree oil control face wash contains tea tree oil, cinnamon and oak bark extracts which effectively deals with excessively oily skin and at the same time maintains sebum (oil) secretions without drying out the skin. Tea tree oil face wash is rich in antiseptic and anti bacterial properties.

My Experience with Khadi Tea Tree Face Wash Gel:

Let’s start with the packaging. It is so much better than the usual flimsy packaging of Khadi products. It is sturdy and travel friendly. The bottle is transparent and the cap is a twist up one.

Alright, so let’s start with the claims. It is mentioned on the bottle that this one is oil-control and soap free and suitable for normal to oily skin. The product has a gel-like consistency and a little of the product will go a long way.

The fragrance is very different and it is very soothing I must say, something you would experience in some spa I guess.

Gently massage a little amount of the product and rinse it off and it will leave your skin clean and soft, YES soft! Starting with the first use, your skin will start feeling soft and supple. I can’t comment if it will vanish your acne, but I should mention that it is a mild cleanser and will work well for all skin types. Overall, I’m happy with my buy.
