Hi IMBB, This review is about Khadi Herbal Tulsi Hair Oil. I am always obsessed about oils, whether it is for my hair or body. This oil is from Khadi, the brand which never failed for me, so without a second thought, I bought this immediately.
85 INR for 210 ml (I bought this from an online store for Rs. 75).
Tulsi, Amla, Kapoor, Neem, Shikakai, Shankhpushpi (no complete list of ingredients).
Fight those embarrassing moments of hair fall problems with the application of this Herbal Tulsi Hair Oil from the house of Khadi. Give your damaged tresses proper care and pamper them with this rich herbal hair oil.
Natural Black: The rich blend of tulsi, amla and kapur prevents your hair from premature greying thus leaving them looking naturally black.
Long and Healthy Hair: In addition, the rich ingredients such as neem, shikakai and shankh pushpi prevent your hair from getting damaged and dry thus letting them grow healthy and long with a shine.
Prevent Hair Loss: Rejuvenating your hair to a greater extent, this hair oil with rich formulation prevents your hair from breaking and falling due to the split ends.
These ingredients blend together to pamper and protect your hair thus promoting hair growth.
My Take on Khadi Tulsi Hair Oil:
The oil comes in a regular Khadi packing, with a 2-in-1 cap that can be both flip opened and twisted, its a very sturdy packing. Consistency of oil is not very thick and not too thin. The oil is green in color (may be to prove that it has tulsi in it, but it kind of looks artificial).
The smell is bit on the stronger side, but pleasantly aromatic and may bother sensitive noses, but its okay for me. These days, I am using this oil so regularly and I am loving it. I usually apply warm oil to my hair during nights, leave it overnight and wash off in the morning. I generally use a non-conditioning shampoo to wash my hair and then apply a rinse-off conditioner, but while using this oil, I don’t feel there is a need of any conditioner. This oil has made my hair so soft, shiny, smooth and manageable. I simply love this oil.
I cannot comment on hair growth claim, but it has made my hair healthy, black, and manageable.
Summing up the pros and cons:
Pros of Khadi Tulsi Hair Oil:
- Lives up to the claims – smoothens, conditions, and makes hair healthy.
- Easily available.
- So affordable.
- Lasts long.
Cons of Khadi Tulsi Hair Oil:
- Smell of the oil may bother some people, but I love it.
- No complete ingredients list mentioned.
