So I have deep dark circles – not like black circles, but it is really bad. I have tried a lot of under eye creams to erase it; I mean a lot of things, but nothing has managed to impress me enough. As Kiehl’s is one of the best brands when it comes to skincare, I went to Kiehl’s and they suggested me this to use along with their Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado. I have been using this combination religiously for about 3 weeks, and now I can share my thoughts with you guys. Read on to find out how this product fared.

My Take on Kiehl’s Clearly Corrective Dark Circle Perfector SPF 30:
This comes in a white colored tube packaging with a screw open cap. There is no product spillage or wastage of any kind and it is safe to travel with. The texture of the product is really creamy, and it really hydrates my under eye area. I use the avocado under eye treatment before applying this, but for reviewing this product I used it without any under eye cream. It didn’t dry my under eye area at all and still applied quite effortlessly. It has SPF30 in it, and oh my God, it is not at all photo friendly – not at all.
It gives a white cast as soon as you apply it which is the only con for me in this product. No matter how little you use, it will make your under eyes white. So I apply this at least an hour before leaving my house. By that time, the white cast calms down a little, and I use my regular concealer on top of it but it still gives a flashback in photos. SPF protects your under eye from all the harshness of the sun, so it is not actually a con.
I will not say that it has completely erased my dark circles because mine are hereditary, but still this has done a really good job and I will continue to use it. My dark circles have lightened a lot; earlier at least light coverage concealer was a must for me before stepping out. Now I can dare to skip concealer and not look dead. It smells nice and nothing irritating, but in general I do not like the smell of most of the Kiehl’s products; that is a major turn off for me.
Pros of Kiehl’s Clearly Corrective Dark Circle Perfector SPF 30:
• Has helped to reduce my dark circles a lot
• Has SPF in it, so good for day use
• Travel friendly
• Really tiny amount required, so will last a long time
Cons of Kiehl’s Clearly Corrective Dark Circle Perfector SPF 30:
• The price kills me, but it is worth trying
• Leaves a white cast under your eyes
Would I Recommend Kiehl’s Clearly Corrective Dark Circle Perfector SPF 30?
Yes I do recommend this to everyone dealing with dark circles. I know this stuff isn’t budget friendly, but you really need the tiniest amount, so you can try it out.
Would I Repurchase Kiehl’s Clearly Corrective Dark Circle Perfector SPF 30?
Yes, I will purchase this again when I finish this tube, but not if something better comes out.
It has helped me a lot, but of course I was expecting it to do a lot for me as it is a product from a well known skincare brand. But, I still like this product.
