Hello beautiful ladies!
I love trying different colors of eyeliners and I always prefer a liquid one just because of the precision. I am not much fond of pencil eyeliners, as I believe that it becomes difficult to get that precise line. Also, once the tip gets blunt, it has to be sharpened again and again. When it comes to eyeliners, blue happens to be one of my favorite colors. I have already reviewed a kohl pencil in blue, Kiko #109 Blue Colour Kajal on IMBB. Today, I will review Kiko #15 Metallic Night Blue Intense Colour Long lasting Eyeliner.
Intense, long-wearing outer eye pencil that glides on smoothly. The pencil delivers an astounding performance with a melting texture that resembles a liquid eyeliner. The special, water-resistant formula stays on for up to 10 hours* and is blendable immediately after application. The texture melts on contact with the eyelid for a bright and intense line. The colours adhere quickly and evenly and give depth to the eyes. The convenient applicator sponge, located at the base of the pencil, makes blending easy. Available in 16 colour shades with matte and pearl finishes. For external use. Ophthalmologically tested.Hypoallergenic= formulated to ensure minimum instance of allergic reactions. Paraben free.

My Experience with Kiko #15 Metallic Night Blue Intense Colour Long lasting Eyeliner:
Kiko #15 Metallic Night Blue Intense Colour Long lasting Eyeliner is actually a pencil with glossy black body. The cap and base of the pencil is in the color of the eyeliner. There is a smudger at the bottom of the pencil, which has a transparent cap to it. The shade number is written on the body of the pencil. The pencil is packed in a cardboard carton. The shade number is also mentioned on the top of the cardboard carton. Although, this shade has a particular name on the Kiko website, it is nowhere mentioned on the carton or the eyeliner pencil.
Metallic Night Blue is a navy blue shade that has a metallic tint to it. There are no shimmers in it. It has a little shine to it before blending, but nothing very glossy, neither it is matte in finishing. The texture of the pencil is very creamy and soft. It applies very smoothly on the lash line without any tugging or pulling. Kiko claims it to be for the outer eye, but I also used it on my lower lash line and it works just fine. The best part about these pencils that I like in comparison to the twist up ones is that you can sharpen them whenever the tip gets blunt and get that precise line you love.
It is very well pigmented. The color gets deposited in single application. One can layer it too for more darker and broader eyeliner. As it is creamy and soft, it does not hurt layering this eyeliner on the lash line. But, I do not see any big difference between single and multiple swipes. I completely adore the smudger with this pencil. It is a small chubby, very soft chunk of sponge, which does its job to the best. The eyeliner sets in completely within seconds and hence one needs to use the smudger real quick, if they desire. Also, when u smudge this eyeliner the glossiness or say the shine disappears. You can see in the swatches the difference of smudging.
It is waterproof as the company claims and stays for like 5-6 hours. If you smudge it, then it stays for around 8 hours. Although by the end of the day, it loses its shine a bit if not already smudged. Also, to remove it completely one needs an eye makeup remover. My eye did not feel any irritation, while using this.
I am totally in love with this one. I wish, they had some really vibrant colors in this range. It is very apt for blue smokey eyes.
