I recently visited Kiko store, as I wanted to buy a few nail polishes and I did pick up a few products. Today’s review is all about Kiko Milano Nail Care 3-in-1 Matte Fortifying Base and Top Coat. Read on to know more.

My Experience with Kiko Milano Nail Care 3-in-1 Matte Fortifying Base and Top Coat:
This coat comes in a sealed cardboard box. The top and base coat comes in a rectangular glass bottle, just like nail polish bottle, with a silver screw cap. You can see the quantity through the see-through packaging.
The coat is gel-like and transparent. It has a weird pungent smell like acetone. The brush is flat and it enables easier application of the coat on the nails. The brush is straight and it fans out so that it covers the nail in just one sweep. The advantage of this product is that it works both as a base and top coat. The consistency is good, neither too thick nor too thin.
As a base coat, the product applies very easily without any issue. It smoothens out any ridges or brittle flakes. The base coat provides a glossy finish and makes the nail ready for the nail polish. Once the nail polish is applied, the finish is extremely smooth. When applied as a top coat, it mattifies the nail polish within a few seconds. The coat has rapid drying properties; it dries within a minute, making matte nails ready at your disposal.
The matte effect works on any kind of nail polish. I have also used it on fake nails and it works perfectly. After the application of the coat, the nail polish does not lose its color or brightness, the coat just turns the nail color matte. I absolutely love the finish. It also protects and strengthens the nails. The coat lengthens the wear time of the nail polish. I have used this with Kiko nail polishes and the longevity was more than 10 days, which with normal drugstore brands lasted for a week only. The nail top and base coat is a fortifying one, and also a 3-in-1 product which is free from aggressive ingredients. I absolutely love this 3-in-1 coat.
