My Experience with Kiko Milano Pure Clean Milk & Tone Cleansing Milk & Toning Lotion:
Beginning with the packaging of the product. Actually, I love the packaging of the product because of the fact that, the cleanser bottle is small in size and very travel friendly. Most of the cleansing milks and micellar waters that I own comes in huge 200 or 250 ml bottles, which are a way too bulky to carry around and for travel purposes too. So, I quite like this small bottle, that can be easily carried even in a small makeup pouches. This product comes only in this small sized bottle. The pearly white plastic bottle has some black detailing on it. The bottle has a typical screw on type cap that makes it totally leak-proof and fit for travel purposes. The bottle also has a peel off label indicating the ingredients list.
The cleansing milk is normal milky white in color like other cleansing milks. The smell is mild and refreshing. It lingers for quite some time and it is very soothing. I love how it smells. It lifts up the mood instantly. The cleansing milk has a good consistency. It is neither too thick nor too runny. It just has the right consistency that cleansing milk should have. The liquid is slightly on a creamier side or lotion like. The formula is creamy but it is absolutely non-sticky. It does not feel heavy or sticky on the skin. I have combination skin and my t-zone gets slightly oily after using this. But as the weather is changing now, it just works perfectly on my skin too. It is pretty safe to be used on sensitive skin too. The cleansing milk never broke me out.
The cleansing milk wipes out all dirt and grime in a few swipes. It effectively removes all my makeup nicely. I wear very light makeup on daily basis and use this cleansing milk everyday. It removes my everyday makeup nicely. It is equally effective in taking off heavy and waterproof makeup too. But, a little effort is needed to remove that stubborn waterproof mascara and gel eyeliners.
I had used it several times to remove my eye makeup and it has never irritated my eyes at all. The cleansing milk removes the makeup nicely without drying out my skin. My skin stay hydrated all the time. This is a two-step product that cleanses the skin and tones it as well. My skin looks cleansed, hydrated and toned after using this product.
Overall, this is very good cleansing milk that does its job pretty well.
