My Experience with Kiko Milano Ultra Glossy Stylo Lipstick 813 Apple Blossoms:
Kiko Milano products have very good quality considering the price range too. I swatched a couple of the lipsticks from this range and picked up this shade “813 Apple Blossoms” along with other lipsticks. I love the sleek and sturdy packaging and find it very classy! The plastic cap closes tightly making it travel friendly. It has 18 months shelf life and easily available at all Kiko Milano stores and some online sites as well.
The lipstick texture is like a lip balm or I would say like a lip gloss. It glides effortlessly on the lips. One swipe gives a very sheer layer and multiple swipes are needed to intensify the colour. The lipstick feels extremely moisturizing on the lips and very comfortable to wear.
This lipstick has a glossy sheen which is neither subtle nor over the top. It has just the right amount of glossiness, be it for day look or a party look.
“813” is a sheer pinkish/mauve shade which suits my medium skin tone very well. It stays put for about 2 to 3 hours after which it needs reapplication. Since this shade gives sheer coverage, it does not really cover/hide pigmentation on the lips. It is not a non-transferable lipstick hence does not survive meals as such. It appears very natural and gives a healthy glow to the lips and to the face as well.
The good part about this lipstick is that it does not dry out the lips. It feels more of a tinted lip balm and hence perfect for daily use. This particular shade 813 will go very well on all skin tones. It has SPF 15 as well which makes it perfect for day looks.
If you want to pick up a lipstick for daily use, then this one is definitely worth a try! Staying power is around 2 to 3 hours for this lipstick.
