My Experience with Kleancolor 6 Color Contour Eyeshadow Satin Palette – Nude 2 Bronze:
This palette comes in what I feel like is a butterfly wing. The packaging looks similar to it right? It has a clear lid, so that you can see the shades inside. It has 6 strips of eye shadows placed. It doesn’t come with a mirror, but has a little dual sided sponge tip applicator. The back of the palette has all the information about the product. The lid shuts with a nice audible click. It is slightly difficult to open this palette, especially if you have short nails. The size is compact and travel-friendly.
The shadows in this palette are a bit on the powdery side, but they blend nicely. They are well pigmented and can be used wet or dry. For 1$, this palette is a total steal! The texture is super smooth. Only the matte is a bit chalky, but the rest of them are stunning for the price. They stay on the lids for a good 5-6 hours.
The reason I picked up this palette was because of the colour selection. The colours are gorgeous and can be worn basically with everything. All of them are shimmery shadows, which can be used by themselves as well as can be used with some other matte shades. There is one matte shade in this palette. It is such a universal toned palette that I think everyone must own in their collection, however big or small their makeup stash is. You get to do so many looks with just this palette itself.
Let’s look at the shades individually:
1. The first shade in this palette is a chocolate brown shade. It is a warm brown shimmery shade. The shimmers are finely milled and the shadow is super soft to touch and is very well pigmented. The shadow doesn’t feel gritty at all because of the shimmers. It is smooth and silky to touch.
2. Next is a shimmery copper shade. I love this colour and find it stunning. It is an orangey copper colour and looks stunning on the lids. It is slightly powdery but when used it wet, it looks beautiful! Just look at how well pigmented it is! It almost feels like a metallic shadow, because the shimmer content is that high!
3. Next up is a yellow gold shade. It is powdery and has a bit of kickback. Nonetheless, it is a beautiful shimmery golden shade that you can wear it by itself or use it with matte browns in the crease.
4. The other brown in this palette is a completely different toned brown. This is a greyish brown colour with fine shimmers in it. It is slightly powdery but not as much as the gold one. This is again nicely pigmented and buttery smooth.
5. Next up is a shimmery champagne colour. This shade is stunning and looks super beautiful on the eyes. It is the perfect champagne shade without being too brown or too pink!
6. The last shade in this beautiful palette is a pearly white shade. This is a satin-shimmery shade. It isn’t that high on the shimmer content as the other ones in this palette. But nonetheless, super soft to touch and well pigmented!
