Today I’ll be sharing a lipstick review from Kleancolor. Read on to find out how it fared on me.

My Experience with Kleancolor #9 Brick Red Master Stroke Long Wear Satin Lipstick:
Packaging: This lipstick comes in a retractable chubby stick form. I like how precisely color-coded Kleancolor products are! The retracting mechanism is a little loose though. The transparent cap fits just fine. It is easy to use and travel friendly.
Colour/Pigmentation: ‘Brick Red’ is a mix of maroon, red and brown.The lipstick looks very dark but when you swatch it, you see that it’s not that intensely pigmented. The pigmentation is good and it is buildable only up to 3 layers. After which it looks uneven. It is a nice evening shade, but would suit mostly mature women and not college goers. It appears to be a very glossy lipstick at first, but as time passes, it becomes a bit matte.
Texture: The texture of these lipsticks is very smooth and slightly creamy. These satin finish lipsticks are very comfortable on the lips. People with extremely dry lips need to moisturise their lips prior to applying this. But for the rest, this is a pretty forgiving formula. It glides on very easily and doesn’t tug much. On dry lips, this might tug a little bit.
Staying Power: These lipsticks stay on the lips for 5 hours and it survives meals. I didn’t expect them to stay on for this long. It does fade slightly after you eat or drink, but when you purse your lips, it looks even again. It needs touch up after every 3-4 hours.

I would recommend it to you guys, but I won’t be repurchasing this shade.
