My Experience with Kleancolor KC Eyeshadow Trio Twilight:
This palette is the shimmer version of ‘Thistle’ eye shadow trio that I reviewed way back in December 2016. I absolutely loved the shades in that palette hence I decided to pick this one up too. The packaging is very basic and convenient. It has sponge tip applicator provided. The plastic flip cap is transparent so that you can see the shades inside. The back has the details about the palette.
The shadows are very smooth to touch and they aren’t gritty in texture. There isn’t one shadow that doesn’t feel silky smooth to touch. These shadows are very well pigmented as you can see in the swatches. There is little to no fallout with these shadows. They are super shimmery shadows but the quality is really good. The shimmers are very finely milled and they don’t spread everywhere.
The pigmentation on this palette is too good! They are incredibly pigmented and the shades are just too pretty! I’m so glad that I bought this! I thought it would be just another shimmer eyeshadow palette, but no! This palette is just awesome! These shadows stay on the lids for 5-6 hours without a primer.
Let’s get to know the shadows individually. The first shade is a very pale pink colour which looks almost like a creamy white shade with hints of pink. It also looks like a white shadow with pink iridescent shift to it.
The second shade is what made me fall for this palette. It looks stunning. It is a mauve shade with hints of rose gold shimmer. I can’t even describe this shade. It is so unique and so beautiful! I have my heart on this shade!
The third shade is a dark plum purple shade. This is again such a gorgeous shade. It has pinkish purple reflex to it when you look closely. This is my second favorite out of the three.
