My Experience with Kleancolor True Self Luminous Moisturizing Foundation:
This foundation comes in a black plastic tube with a pump nozzle. The pump works pretty well and disposes the required foundation in just 3 pumps. I have used beauty products where it takes ages for the product to come out through the pumps they provide. The details about the product are printed at the back.
The shade “Porcelain” matches me perfectly. Initially, I thought it would be too dark for me, but after I blend it into the skin, it looks nice. There are a total of 12 shades in this range, shades for extremely pale skin tones to extreme dark skin complexions. Every skin tone will find its matching shade, which is great.
This foundation offers medium coverage which is enough to cover light blemishes and spots. I use this over Kleancolor Stick Foundation and my skin looks pretty awesome. I can layer it up for more coverage. This foundation blends in really easily. I used my fingers to blend and it took hardly 2 minutes to blend. It goes on very smoothly even without a primer. It doesn’t cling on to dry patches on the skin, instead gives a nice and even effect on the skin.
The texture is pretty light and you don’t feel it sitting on top of your skin. For testing it out, I did not set this foundation with a setting powder just to see how long it would go without creasing. I was stunned to see that it did not crease on me for the entire day! It gave my face a very luminous effect without looking oily. It looked like I had a nice glow without a highlighter. Also, as claimed, it does keep your skin moisturised for the entire time. Although I did use a lotion an hour before applying the foundation, it kept my skin well moisturized throughout the day.
