Today’s review will be on a concealer and it’s from the brand Kleancolor. Now, let’s get down straight to the review.

Product Description:

My Experience with KleanColor White Lies Concealer Stick – Honey:
This concealer stick comes in a colour-coded retractable tube. It has a transparent cap that fits snugly. The packaging is decent, but feels flimsy. The cap isn’t that strong and won’t survive a fall.
The shade “Honey” looks a bit too yellow when swatched and I was very iffy about whether it would match me perfectly or not, but when it blends into the skin, it doesn’t look too “made up.” It matches my skin perfectly. The yellow tone of the concealer brightens up my skin. It is pigmented enough and just one stroke is enough for good amount of pigmentation as seen in the swatch. Only one swipe is good enough to cover up blemishes.
On imperfections, it offers sheer to medium coverage. It can be layered up though, but not too much. After third attempt of layering, it starts to look very patchy and overly made up. I also noticed that it doesn’t make my under-eye area look good after concealing. My under eyes look slightly grey, so color correcting is necessary. This problem can be easily solved using an orange or red lipstick in the eye area (read how you can do that here).
The texture of this concealer is creamy, but it’s thick too. With this texture, you would feel that it won’t blend easily, but surprisingly, that’s not the case. Although the concealer is a bit thick, it does blend in very easily. I dab it using a finger and it pretty much evens out within seconds. It isn’t a matte concealer, so you might have to set it up with a powder. I wanted to test it, so I did not set the concealer and I noticed that it did not crease on me even one bit throughout the day.
I tested the product for 7-8 hours and it looked good at the end of the 8th hour (the same way that I had applied in the morning). It does not crease even when not set with a powder. However, I feel that this wouldn’t perform that well in the summers as climate in Mumbai is horrible where you tend to sweat a lot.

At this price, I really love the product and I can easily look through the cons. It is great for events where you sit in an A.C. setup and it will look flawless.
