Today, I am excited to share with you all an eye makeup. Heavy kohl eyes are my favourite and I had been doing this look quite often. So here I am to share with you all. I really hope you all like my attempt . This eye tutorial can be done with any colour eyeshadows of your choice. Read on to know more.
• Dazzler eye liner
• Lakme bronzer in moonlight – lighter shade for highlighting
• Kryolan supracolor Interferenz art 5040
• Elf beauty on the go palette – matte medium brown shade
• Loreal million volume lashes mascara
• Maybelline drama gel liner in black(in a different case)
• Kryolan blending brush
• Kryolan flat shader brush
• Kryolan small angle brush
• Colorbar smudge brush
• Oriflame palette – dark bronze shimmery shade
Prime your eyes well – conceal dark circles if any and apply your eye primer.
Apply your favourite dark kohl kajal close to the upper lash line. Neatness is not required, we will be smudging the liner later. Try to get maximum intensity near your lash line, this will give an appearance of thicker lashes.
Use a pencil brush or a smudge brush and soften the liner. You can also use your fingers and blend it out for a soft look. Here I have used Colorbar smudge brush.
Now use your eye shader brush and apply a bronze shimmery shade all over the eyelid. Pat the eye shadow and build up the required intensity.
To define the crease better, use a medium brown shade and blend it in the crease area. I always like to use matte shades in my crease area, the only reason behind it is it gives an impression of deep set eyes. I like to use a cello tape as guideline for the eye makeup.
Now apply a matte black eyeshadow over the places where we applied and smudged our kohl. Blend it out softly with the eyeshadows applied earlier. Also take a pale highlighter shade in a small brush and apply it in the inner corners of your eye, this will open up your eyes more. I used lakme bronzer the lighter shade as highlight colour.
I always add some eye brightening part to my eye makeup, you can avoid it if you want. Use a highlighter eye shadow or any pale cream base and apply in the moving lid area. Right on the center of your eyes, do not pack the colour to full intensity but just give a bit of glow for the light to reflect back and make your eyes appear bigger. Here I have used kryolan supracolor Interferenz.
As I have used a cream base to highlight the center of the lid, here I have used a small angle brush and set it with a highlight powder.
Apply your favourite kohl, mascara and complete the eye look.
And you are done, hope you all like it.
