I have the greatest orange lipstick obsession. I don’t know why but I have a strange resonance with orange lipsticks. I just adore the colour. As soon as I see any lipstick with the name orange written on it, I blindly pick it up-like this lipstick which I picked up without a clue about how its going to be. To my luck, this orange lipstick turned out to be really good 🙂

So today I’m reviewing Konad Iloje Flobu Lipstick in the shade Orange (Gosh I don’t understand how to pronounce Iloje Flobu-it is such a tongue twister).

Price: Rs.670 for 3.5g/0.12 oz.

Claims:

Contains bio-capsule/intensify radiance and moisturizes/Long lasting color. A iloje Frobu long-lasting Lipstick that form double protective layer as a result of contains Multi Vita Bio-capsule moisturizes dry lips for long. This is a Stay-True Color Lipstick that introduction of excellent mounted and the amounted of water retained Alkyl Silane Coated Pigments keep up clear color for long, and intensify long-lasting function that formed high-glossy film to have a mounted power as a result of introduction of a high molecule polymer system. Multi Vita Bio-capsule provide continuous nutrition and moisture with dry lips as a result of safely conduct to skin that wrap water-soluble Vitamin(B1.B5.B6, C) and fat-soluble Vitamin(A,E,F); in a collagen as a biomembrane similar content. Turn the lipstick to the right and suitable amount of contents by its putting out, and then apply it mainly spread around the middle of lips.

My experience with Konad Iloje Flobu Lipstick – Orange

The lipstick comes in a dull purple carton box which looks boring. But as soon as you open the carton box, you find a super cute lipstick in a silver packaging with floral and butterfly design on it. The lipstick cover opens to reveal purple sleeve containing the lipstick. I fell in love with the packaging which is really cute and girly.

Now coming to the lipstick shade, it is a bright orange with very slight red undertone to it. It is bright but not neon bright. So any skin tone beauty can pull off this shade easily.

The texture of this lipstick is just amazing-really creamy, which glides on the lips like butter with absolutely no pulling or tugging. You don’t feel the need to apply a lip balm under this lipstick as it is hydrating and gives a healthy look to the lips and keeps your lips soft and moisturized for a long time.

The lipstick is really pigmented, one swipe gives full justice to the colour. Normally creamy lipsticks don’t last really long. But to my surprise this lipstick, lasts really long-almost 5 to 6 hours and doesn’t bleed. The colour fades slightly but evenly. It keeps the lips moisturized till it doesn’t completely get faded off by meals. Unfortunately it doesn’t survive meals. It does not stain the lips either.

Yes definitely, it is a beautiful shade. Overall, this is a beautiful orange lipstick which is amazingly pigmented and has a texture to die for. If you are looking for a nice moisturizing creamy orange lipstick that lasts long, then do try it.
