I am so excited today as I share with you my first Korres liquid lipstick. It is my first product from the brand and I must say it leaves me impressed.

Product description:

What it is: A cooling, water-based liquid lipstick rich in line-smoothing, antioxidant-rich raspberry and pomegranate extracts.

What it does: This cooling, water-based formula contains the natural raspberry and pomegranate extracts to protect against free-radical damage and smooth lip lines for softer, more youthful-looking lips. It glides on with the creamy texture of a lip gloss and has the long-lasting, vibrant finish of a lipstick.

What it is formulated WITHOUT:
– Parabens
– Sulfates
– Synthetic Fragrances
– Phthalates
– GMOs
– Triclosan
Ingredients:
-Raspberry and Pomegranate Extracts: Provides antioxidant, line-smoothing benefits. These extracts are rich in antioxidant polyphenols that protect against free-radical damage and in turn aging.
– Certified Organic Acai Palm Pulp Oil: Moisturizes and soothes the lips creating a long-lasting creamy texture.

My Review:
I am absolutely loving it. 🙂 This is becoming my favourite of the lot lipstick. It is compact, sleek bottle so it looks really cute and is convenient to toss in your clutch. The color is intense and vibrant. Though they say it is a liquid but it is more like a gloss – in application, shine and texture. But then it dries off soon, unlike many glosses, and gives a clear, sheen look to the lips.
This is shade 28 in Berry.

The color does not bleed at all. I didn’t even feel the need of applying a liner as the color could stay easily. Though it showed on my teeth couple a times but I guess that’s the case with many non-sticky glosses.

What more should I say about these? These are fabulous. I love them thoroughly though I wish they could stay on longer. The staying power is around 3-4 hours though the manufacture says these are long lasting. They survived a meal in the sense after the meal, they left a tint on the lips and the tint stayed on for long.

The texture is ultra smooth, water based and shiny. It feels ultra light on the lips and very thin. So don’t expect them to give you a heavy pout.  Also the fact that they are parabens, phthalates free is the best thing!

• Very light and do not feel sticky
• Very smooth texture
• Water based lipstick, imparts a nice sheen to lips
• Intense color
• Lasts for about 3-4 hrs
• No need to apply gloss over it

  21. I had seen this in one of the makeupguru’s video on youtube….it seems a fab product especially when there are a very few lipglosses that actually show up in terms of colour!!! Wish this was available in India… 🙁
