My Experience with Krack Soft Heel Gel:

I haven’t tried too many foot creams and got this when I finished my Himalaya cream, as this was the only one available at the local store at that time. I am glad I found this.  It’s a non-greasy and non-sticky gel meant for every day use and doesn’t soil my clothes or slippers. It gets absorbed very fast.

I don’t have cracked heels and I don’t think it’ll work on them either. It’s a good gel only for maintenance purpose. My feet tend to get dry and rough and this one does a good job in making them soft. The effect is not very long lasting, therefore, it’s probably not the best buy for people with dry skin and other foot concerns.

It comes in a tube with a flip top cap which is pretty convenient and hygienic.

Krack foot cream

The gel is neither thick nor too thin in consistency and it’s white in color. Looks more like a cream than gel actually. It has a strong herbal-floral mix kind of fragrance, which sometimes annoys me and it lingers for quite sometime.

Summing up the pros and cons:

Pros of Krack Soft Heel Gel:

  • Inexpensive.
  • Good for daily use.
  • Tube packaging.
  • Non greasy and non messy.
  • Long shelf life

Cons of Krack Soft Heel Gel:

  • Not moisturizing enough for very dry feet or harsh winters.
  • Effect doesn’t last very long. You might need to reapply 2-3 times a day.
  • Strong annoying fragrance.
  • Can’t understand the ingredient list 😛

Rating:

3.5/5.

Last Word:

You can give this one a try if you don’t have cracked feet and need something to keep them soft and moisturized, particularly in summers.

  1. Good review, Tinkerbell.  I’ve used this. Totally useless for my drier-than-the-Thar feet. :headbang: I was hoping it would make them look at least borderline pretty but it didn’t work for me. And what’s with that repulsive smell? 😮

    1. 😆 😆 sorry it didn’t work for you JW! i too find the smell bothersome. it sometimes makes me skip the whole feet moisturizing part just so that i can sit with my feet up on the chair.
so you found anything better for your super dry feet?

      1. Not really. :-/ I just smother them with Vaseline every night before bed and wear cotton socks. Has reduced the cracks to some extent though but not completely. Still searching for an HG foot/heel cream. :((

        1. Hey Jabberwocky 🙂
Try Cotaryl. Nupur has reviewed it here. https://makeupandbeauty.com/cotaryl-skin-cream-review/
It was the only thing that cured my super dry feet (with cracks starting to appear).
It made my feet so soft and the cracks are almost gone! :yahoo:
Noting else I’ve tried worked. I tried Vaseline (not enough), Himalaya (useless for me), Krack original (okay, but hated the smell and the whole oily thing), this Krack ‘gel’ (completely useless – I kinda liked the smell, though 😛 ), margarine (I was desperate).

  2. Good review Tinkerbell……..yeh review se yaad aya ke I am again neglecting my feet :waaa: :waaa: :waaa: :waaa: :waaa: :waaa:

  3. Nupur – Thanksssssssssssssssssssssss ..I recd my package..so excited!!!!! :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

  4. you know I went for a pedicure feww weeks ago and that #$%^ lady cut my foot with one of the tools she was using. she says ‘sorry madam, kat gaya’..i thot ok happens..i didnt realize till much later that it was quite deep.. i limped a bit and after hazaar dettol and vaseline its finally drying off and there is no pain BUt basically vaseline did the trick for me..

    1. oh god! i hope the instruments were sterilized. better take a tetanus shot when something like this happens :nababana: :nababana:

  5. Aru…I am really scared of pedicure……..all the tools that they use are pretty scary and my worst nightmare is someone cutting my nails with a cutter…. :yikes: :yikes: :yikes: :yikes: :yikes: :yikes: :yikes: :yikes: :yikes: :yikes: :yikes: :yikes: :yikes: how’s the wound now though :doctor: :doctor: :doctor: :doctor: :doctor: :doctor:

    1. Ya Jomol. first time that has happened to me. I am embarassed to say that my feet do crack quite a bit in winter and regular care is the only way with periodic visits to the salon for a pedicure.

the wound is still there but there is no pain. The dettol helped a lot but i am just surpised that she got away so easy. I am such a meek person that way. wish i cud have been a little more aggressive.

      1. Oh Aru and Jomol… I hav had the sameeee exp.. this darn parlour lady was taking away the excess skin on the sides of my toes and she cut me .. she said “sorry mam ur skin is sooo soft” .. I said theek hai chalo. :pan: .. and then end of the pedicure all my fingers wer cut n bleeding.. it was jus happenin rite in frnt of my eyes 🙁 😥 … :yikes:

So I stopped goin to the parlour after that and giv myslf pedicure at home sometimes!

          1. aww.. thats sad.. we go to these parlours.. to enhace the beauty of our feet and in turn gets wounds and cutss.. :spank: :spank: :spank: ..
These parlour ladies are so dumb and do everything so carelessly … :pan: :pan: ..
I reaslly wanna hit them hard and make them feel the same :waiting: :waiting: ..
Me too had a similar experience… i had pedicure for the first time in my life and tht guy rubbed my feet so hard that when i reached home they were all Red and some what swollen.. 😥 😥 😥

  6. Aru…………..Merry Christmas :happydance: :happydance: :happydance: :happydance: :happydance: :happydance: :happydance: :happydance: :happydance: :happydance:

  7. Very accurate review, Tinkerbell! :))
This will definitely not do a thing for dry and cracked feet (as you pointed out), but it will be good if one’s feet are low maintenance :haanji:

  8. Hey TinkuBen.. i have never used krack creams on my feet but i used to apply it on my mum’s when i was a kid.. i really hated its smell then and never ever dared to try it on my feet.. :nono: :nono: :nono:

    1. i am not quite sure abt that actually. that one’s meant to cure the cracked feet…this one’s just a light foot moisturizer. :idk: :idk:
