Hi everyone,

I bought this makeup remover from my last haul from Kryolan. I always used cotton remover pads and removed makeup with cleansing milk, but I did want to try makeup removers after reading the importance of them here on IMBB. If makeup is not removed properly, it can lead to clogged pores which, in turn, can lead to break-outs and uneven skin tone and also, cell renewal of our skin cannot take place properly.  This definitely was not a planned purchase from Kryolan, I was particular it shouldn’t have any strong smell. So, when I just saw this, I went ahead asking for tester. Sadly, there were no testers, so had to pick it up blindly. Read on to know more.

Packaging:

The Kryolan Aquacleans makeup remover retails in a plastic bottle with a spray dispenser.  All the ingredients are mentioned on the product. The spray releases the right amount of product and works fine. The cap is full grey in color and fits perfectly to the bottle. Overall, packaging is typical Kryolan packaging types. It is sturdy, functional and travel friendly.

Color:

The makeup remover comes out very watery liquid with lot of foams. It is free from any color and I was happy it had a mild smell, which was not a problem.

Application:

The Kryolan makeup remover works well in removing all waterproof and long-lasting makeup stuff in two swipes and I complete the cleaning with a plain cotton pad at the end to clean out any makeup remover from the skin. A single pump worked fine to remove all the lipsticks, eye shadows and eyeliners I applied here in my hand, definitely a little goes a long way with this product.

I really like the product, though at first, I thought that it might make my skin oily, I was totally surprised it does not make my face oily after using it, you really don’t even feel like rinsing your face with water. However, it depends upon each other’s preferences to wash or clean it with just a plain cotton pad. This remover will work across all skin types and it does not make skin oily. I was using cleansing milk and had really oiled up skin after using it and it is a hard job to remove makeup, especially from the delicate areas like eyes and lips, but with a proper remover like this, it is very effortless process now.

• It removes all traces of waterproof and long-lasting makeup in two or maximum three swipes.
• It is hygienic to use as it dispenses in a spray form.
• Travel-friendly packaging.
• Free from color and has a mild smell.
• It really reduces makeup removal time.
• It doesn’t make skin oily.
• No additional makeup removal step of rinsing the face is required for me, but it depends with each other’s preference.

Cons of Kryolan Aquacleans Makeup Remover:

• I don’t see any con in the product and I do like everything about it.

Do I Recommend Kryolan Aquacleans Makeup Remover?

I would most certainly re-purchase, it is not the best remover out there in the market, but it is a decent makeup remover and you can give it a try, it would not disappoint you.
