Kryolan Cream Blusher in SH Red Review

After all the reviews on Kryolan Dry Rouge blushes, I want to review their cream blush. I was so interested in their powder blushes that I hardly gave any attention to their cream blushes and just got one shade. But now I feel that I should have purchased a few more cream blushes from Kryolan.  In case I get a chance, I will surely stockpile these blushes.  In case you have a Kryolan store in your city and have never tried a blush from them, then I’d advice you not to waste time and to rush to the Kryolan store and pick up the blushes as soon as possible. So today, I will be reviewing Kryolan cream blusher in the shade “SH Red” (they have a powder blush with the same name).

My Experience with Kryolan Cream Blusher in SH Red:

Kryolan cream blusher comes in an outer gray cardboard packaging that holds all the information pertaining to the product. The cardboard packaging opens to reveal the gray blush pan with a transparent lid. The transparent lid has the Kryolan mask printed on it along with the authenticity hologram sticker. There is no in-built mirror or applicator provided with it. The packaging is similar to the dry rouge blushes except that this cream blush has a white sticker at the bottom of the blush pan and the blush name and details are printed in bold black letters as opposed to the gray sticker of the dry rouge blushes. The lid of this blush closes with a click mechanism. Though sturdy, the packaging lacks attractiveness.

SH Red is a gorgeous orangish blush with slight brown undertones to it, you can probably say it’s a rusty orange shade. It is a fabulous shade that will suit all skin tones. If you find bright orange blushes difficult to carry, then you can try this shade, as it is an easy shade of orange to carry out.

This cream blush has a very smooth, silky, creamy texture. It feels like butter and is easy to pick up and blend on the cheeks. The color doesn’t settle to a matte finish but actually gives a soft glow to the cheeks. In case you like matte finish, then you can mattify it by layering it up with a similar color powder blush or by dusting some translucent powder over it.

Kryolan cream blush is intensely pigmented. A little goes a long way, so you just need a small amount to give sufficient color to the cheeks. I use a stippling brush to pick up the product and blend it out on the cheeks, but you can also apply this with your fingers by just dotting the product on your cheeks using a q-tip and blending it out with your fingers. You can wear it sheer or intense by altering the amount of blush you pick up.

This blush lasts for 4-5 hours with a coat of BB cream underneath. The color fades evenly and does not get patchy. The color fades away but the soft dewy glow will stay. The soft glow will give an oily look on people who already have oily skin type, especially during summers. You can increase the longevity of the blush by applying a matching powder blush on top if you like.

Kryolan cream blusher has a long shelf life which is a plus point because you will not be using much of the product due to its high pigmentation, so therefore this blush will last you for a really long time and you will not have the urgency to finish up the product before it expires.

The Kryolan Cream blusher is an awesome value for money. It has a smooth texture with amazing pigmentation. The shade Sh Red is a gorgeous rusty orange shade that will suit all skin tones. Like all cream blushes, it gives a dewy finish that may require oily skinned beauties to powder to keep the oiliness at bay. I highly recommend this cream blusher to everyone.
