Kryolan Frosted Plum Cream Blusher Review

Kryolan is such an elusive brand for me. I live in Pune but I visit Mumbai to shop from this brand. I don’t know why this brand has such an appeal, particularly with me. When I was based at Chennai, I used to frequent their store so much and end up being bankrupt every time. If you have a store in your town, you are lucky! I picked a few cream blushers from them and this one is my favorite due to its versatility. Take a look:

My Experience with Kryolan Frosted Plum Cream Blusher:

The only reason I got this blush was because I found it to be a gorgeous cream highlight. Though it is a plummy kind of highlight, I love it to bits. The blusher comes in a simple packaging, nothing fancy. The price point is great. There is no mirror or applicator.

This creamy blush is like butter! Believe me, this is so creamy that you would end up eating it 😛 The blush looks pigmented, but once you swatch, it reduces to a light silvery plum highlight. Love it!

The blush is a great brow bone or cheek bone highlight. I wouldn’t dare to use it for the cheeks as this will be havoc for my pores, but on the cheek bones, this is simply awesome.

On my oily skin, it lasts 2-3 hours without setting it with powder, but the color looks like a natural highlight for my fair to medium skin tone. I think most skin tones will be able to carry it. But being so buttery, it will melt soon on oily skin.
