Kryolan Hydro Make-up Remover Oil Review

I am reviewing yet another product from Kryolan. Apart from making makeup products, they are also bringing forth amazing skin care products. As removing makeup is an essential part of skin care, they have created a huge range of makeup-removing products. I personally have oily skin and have been avoiding oil-based cleansers for long, but recently, I have started following oil cleansing method and it gives amazing results. It cleanses all dirt and impurities without making my face dry. I generally use coconut oil-castor oil mixture to clean the face every day followed by warm water wash and a final wash with a foam-based cleanser. But when I put on heavy makeup, my skin demands something extra. I need something that will remove all makeup with minimum effort and least rubbing (as that leads to reddening of skin and breakouts). My Experience with Kryolan Hydro Make-up Remover Oil:

The product comes in a transparent, plastic, conical bottle with ingredient with a grey cap. It actually reminds me of conical beakers in my lab. The ingredient details is written on the bottle. You can easily see the amount of product left. It is non-messy and lightweight and thus you can easily carry it while travelling.

You need to take 4-5 drops of the oil on a cotton pad and then swipe it all over my face, eyes and lips. Also, you can take the oil on your palm and massage it on face. It works both way but I prefer the first one as I hate residual makeup products on my fingers and hand. You need to massage the wet cotton pad all over the face and slowly all the makeup would dissolve. It removes all traces of foundation, primer, blush and dirt from my face in a single go.

It even removes matte lipsticks in a single swipe. It also removes glitters, mascara, gel liner. As it is mild, I do not use a separate remover to remove my eye makeup.

It has a faint sweet fragrance, probably because of the paraffin oil. It is not at all bothersome. The product does not make my face dry and gives a moisturising effect, but you must use a foam-based cleanser and warm water to remove all traces of oil. It will give you clean, soft skin in the end. I have super oily and sensitive skin and this makeup remover oil has never caused any breakouts.
