Kryolan Polyester Glimmer Multicolor Review

I love colors a lot, and love to wear some different makeup as well. A few months ago, I found a new different glitter from Kryolan. It is actually ‘Multicolor’ glimmer, which I found very interesting. Today, I am going share my review on this. Read on to know more about it!

My Experience with Kryolan Polyester Glimmer Multicolor:

Kryolan Glimmer comes in a mini pot with a clear lid. Packaging is very simple and lightweight and there is a round hole in the pot from where I can easily get the glitters. It is safe and travel-friendly too. Also, these are quite affordable glitters, but availability is an issue with these.

Kryolan offers so many shades and I picked three of them. The shade ‘Multicolor’ was the boldest and different shade among them all. It has some gorgeous multicolor glitters, like blue, red, yellow, green and silver. The combination of these amazing shades makes it a stunning multicolor glitter. It looks very different and bold. Maybe, it is not everyone’s cup of tea, but I love this shade. It looks stunning on eyes as well as on the body. It provides that gorgeous look.

The glitter is not that fine, like usual glitters. These are chunky glitters, and each glitter has a nice square cutting. I have never used such glitters before. It is a little bigger than normal glitters. Hence, it provides that extra dimension sparkling effect. It is perfect for that 3D eye look, and it actually gives that 3D look to the eyes. I love its super illuminating finish and due to the presence of various colors, it has some extra super shine in it that looks very attractive as well. This is such a party-perfect glitter.

Now, glitters always need a strong base, so I need to apply a glitter primer and then with a flat shadow brush, I put these glitters in that place. It is easy to apply and there is less fallout than fine glitters. It easily sticks on the primer and doesn’t look messy. It also never irritated my eyes, but you need to be extra careful during the application. Since it is bigger in size and if it goes into your eyes, it will irritate them a lot. Actually, you can’t wash it, so it will create a problem. Otherwise, it doesn’t irritate my eyes. I have sensitive eyes too and I am happy with the quality.

Once you are done with the application, you can’t blend the glitters with your normal shades, because, it is not a blendable type of glitter. Due to its size, it always looks prominent and it gives that high shine look. Initially, I thought that it will feel heavy on my eyes, but it doesn’t feel like that. It is quite comfortable and lightweight. But sometimes, if I apply an excess amount of it, I feel a little uncomfortable.

I love its quality and the overall look, but if they fall on face, it is quite difficult to remove and they are also difficult to remove from eyes. So, I find a new trick to remove them easily with a tape. Yes, a tape easily removes all the glitters and doesn’t need much effort either. So, there is no mess with the remover and glitters.

Coming to the staying power, glitters stays around for 4-5 hours nicely and it totally depends on the base primer that actually helps to hold it. So, a good primer will hold it for long. But it doesn’t look messy and glitters don’t spread all over my face. Due to its big size, if I touch my eyes they fall a little, otherwise, it performs well. Only during application, it spreads a lot, I mean when I take it out of the pot it flies away in my room. I don’t like this fact.

Overall, I love this unique color and the color combination too. At this price, it works so good and these glitters can be used anywhere like, on the body, lips, nails, and face, and it always provides that bang on sparkling effect.
