I love mono eyeshadows as they save time and space in my makeup wardrobe (so that I can buy and store other makeup products of course). I have got quite a few of them from my favorite brand Kryolan. Today, I am reviewing a beautiful green shade from the collection for you all.

My Experience with Kryolan Satin Powder SP 644:
Packaging: The packaging of the satin powder is very similar to the glitter pots except for the fact that these come in cute, blue paper boxes. The shade and ingredient details are mentioned on the box. Also, the information is provided at the back of the plastic pot. These are grey plastic pots with a hole on the top and a transparent plastic cap. You can bring out the product through the hole into your palette or on the transparent cap and use it. The cap twists and closes perfectly and thus it is super convenient for travels too. But please be careful while using it as you may end up bringing out more product than needed.
Texture: The texture of this satin powder is indeed very satiny and smooth. It gets applied like a dream on the skin. One swipe of the product gives the perfect color and coverage. I generally prefer applying concealer on my eyes and powder it well before applying the shadow. It has an amazing color payoff when applied with a sponge applicator. With the brushes, the color needs to be built up gradually. I am okay with both and I choose the application tool according to the need. It never shows any clumpy application on the eyes.
Color: This is a soft minty green shade that would look great on every complexion. This shade is ideal for any day looks. You can easily create a beautiful summer look with this as it looks very pleasant on the eyes. I love the soft, satiny finish of the product that makes it different from other matte eyeshadows from my stash.
Staying Power: These colors stay on the eyes for long. As it is powdery, there can be some fallout initially during application. But once it is set on the eyes, it stays for long. Also, I do not see any creasing. It may not get removed completely with water. So, I generally use an oil based remover to remove it in one swipe, in a hassle-free manner.
Overall, I am pretty happy with the product. It is cost-effective and the color is beautiful.

Cons of Kryolan Satin Powder SP 644:
• Loose powder can be a little problematic to apply initially and there can be fallouts
• Colour needs to be built up while applying with a brush
• You may end up bringing out too much product
